We only stayed one night on arrival in Phuket as we were on our way to Ko Lanta the next day. When we arrived at the airport we were delayed as our bags were still in Singapore so we missed check in at the hotel. However our room was left open and we could pay the next day. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the air port. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, arranging transport and making boat enquiries for the next part of our journey. The receptionist was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great too! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Nothing! But don't be put off by the dark street as you approach the hotel if arriving in the evening. It's great when you get there!

Vorsicht Abzocke! Trotz bestätigter Buchung kein Zimmer zur Verfügung, da das Zimmer einfach intern anders vergeben wurde. Kosten für die Nacht wurden trotzdem abgebucht. Ich rate von der Unterkunft nachdrücklich ab!

Das extrem freundliche Personal, die nahe Lage zum Flughafen (fußläufig), der Pool und die Sauberkeit möchte ich hier hervorheben.

Premetto di essere stata qui solamente una notte poiché di passaggio ma da quello che ho visto la struttura mi è sembrata ottima. Localizzata a 10 minuti a piedi dall’aeroporto, dispone di una piscina e un bar dove potersi rilassare. Le camere sono nuove e ben arredate e c’è molta privacy grazie alle tende che ogni letto ha.
I bagni non erano particolarmente puliti, il materasso forse un po’ troppo duro.

It's a very beautiful place to stay. The stuff there is soo helpful and nice. The room and bathroom is clean and there are cozy relaxing areas.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau wie auf den Bilder aus. Man muss auch nicht das Hostel buchen,wenn man lieber alleine schläft. Es gibt 2Zimmer mit je 1Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten.
Bad wird getrennt, Männer/Frauen.
Gemeinschaftszimmer werden gemixt.
Ich habe dort nicht geschlafen. Nur die Zeit bis zum Flug überbrügt. War eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.

Strong points: it is very close to the airport, the room is large, clean, with air conditioning. An adequate breakfast, very kind hosts. In the yard there is a small swimming pool, with no possibility to sit in the sun / get a tan, due to the very small space. An excellent price. for what is offered. There is a 7/11 store nearby.
We encountered difficulties in booking half-day excursions. The hotel staff was kind enough to call the agencies, but the requested price was much higher than what we had found on the internet. On the sites found, the transfer from the hotel were not offered.

I believe that there is no problem with cleaning the room daily, but I would recommend at least emptying the trash: bottles, plastic, cans. There is no travel agency in the whole area - even if you choose to stay only 1-2 days, the possibility to book one-day or half-day trips would be welcome.

Full payment in advance required (credit cards not accepted) even if otherwise reserved and booked on booking.com. otherwise your booking will be canceled on a short notice...

The location is excellent. The facilities were good. The swimming pool was clean and the food is very tasty and at a good price.
The hotel next door played loud music until 2am.

Walkable distance from the airport and stuff are very friendly. I stayed at the DX pool view room.
Everything was perfect for me.

clean, nice and quiet. Love the garden at the back of the property. The swimming pool right in front of the room, so convenient.
mosquito, mosquito protection creams are provided but we didn’t realize that we have to use them until we sat outside, they became very useful later on.

Walking distance from the airport. Literally. I was there in 10 minutes. You can also easily walk to the viewpoint where you can watch the planes almost land above you on the beach!
