Very comfi beds and spacious bathroom. Everything we needed fr a nice stay. we really enjoyed the common terrace to have a beer and relax. free coffee was also very kind. superfriendly owner and quick laundry service. we will come back here fr sure!

the staff is very well coming. the place is che so and good for o ne night

even tho the facility is pretty central and good value for money, the water smells really really bad and it is difficult to take a shower and almost impossible brush your teeth without being disgusted

In neighbouring room the ventilator was so noisy. But it was only for one time. The neighbour forgot to switch off it when he went out.

Excellent location close to everything (pier, main beach, shops, restaurants). Clean room and comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Very quick check-in and check-out. I would stay here again, it's a nice budget guesthouse

My room was at the front which is beside the street and common seating area and everybody has to walk past your window to go to their rooms, so it didn't feel very private. A room at the back would be better.

Nice and big room, very clean. Located just next to the main road and some restaurants. Walking distance to the beach, fast internet connection.

Good location, clean and comfy ....

To be honest was bit disappointed when i got the room is a bit older and worn but.......very clean and great value for money. It had everything i require in a room. Very fast WiFi Fridge flat screen tv Kettle. The room grew on me. 500 meters from the arrival pier and 500 meters to the best beach on the island. was very quite also many many places to eat and drink within 50 meters. I have stayed in over 100 hotels and guesthouses here in Thailand and the Wifi here was without question the fastest. The two girls in reception were great helpful and always smiling they are an asset to this guesthouse. I will make this my go to place in Ko Samet

The location is good, very central. The room is a nice size and pleasant decoration. Free coffee and water.

I had to keep asking for my bin to be removed from bathroom and room. Not very organized.

The room was great. We went there in a group of 12 people and the rooms were really confortable! It is on the main street so even if you don't have a bike you can walk to basically everywhere. Also a plus: The staff is GREAT. Super friendly people!!!

The room was tiny, but very clean and cozy, with cute interior design. Useful small kitchen with hot water and fridge in the hall, small packs of coffee&tea in room - all was friendly&comfortable. The hosts were attentive and gave a room for our friend without previous booking.

Super quiet location. Just right behind an alley and just 5-10min from the beach shore which is perfect.

Only that one light in the toilet wasn’t working and you have to go in front to ask for the reception.

Started with unfriendly reception staff. The place is very basic and not particularly clean. The room had a smell that was foul, mixed with aggressive chemical cleansers. Water coming out of the pipe and shower had a rotten smell.
