The house has an amazing view - peaceful and relaxing.

The description said 250yd to the centre of Benissa but in reality it was 250 yds to a local restaurant. There were no basic supplies in the property. The cupboards were empty so meant we had to buy quite a bit for what was a short stay.

Beautiful position. Very spacious outside. Lots of outdoor furniture. Well equipped kitchen.

There is no central heating. We stayed in February which can be very cold and frosty. Plug in heaters in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. A gas bottle heater for whole ground floor. A fireplace but no wood. Staff said the heating would be on when we arrived and this was ‘standard practice’ in the winter. It wasn’t on. There was only one toilet roll for 3 bathrooms. The agents sent us the wrong address when our booking was confirmed for the villa. When our keys were picked up they again gave the wrong address. The person picking up the keys asked them to check and they then realised their mistake. We arrived at 1am and would have been trying to find and enter the wrong place. Attempts to contact the agents by phone over several days before arrival were unsuccessful. No information folder about the property.
