It is an amazing property. apart from the good architecture and maintenance the best part of the villa is how Atutt and Koma have treated us and the food was very delicious. we as a family 14 of us have stayed at the villa for three days and the hospitality and the care that both Atutt and koma showed towards us is very homely. thank you for an amazing experience you have given for me and my family.

Villa Lumia Bali looked fantastic, it was a remarkable stay because the of location,comfort and stuff. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Ketut-manager and all stuff that took care of us was outstanding-so helpful and so nice to us. Cooking and care was inpressive and wonderful. They cook excellent food! The villa was big and comftable for 12 of us, massages and yoga were taken care of everyday. They provided transport from airport and everywhere we needed.We absolutely loved the trip and would recommend it to everyone!

There were no downsides to our stay. One nights there was one problem with hot water but they took care of it straight away. If there was any issues Ketut took care of it 24/7. It was remarkable!

Pak Ketut and wife as staff very friendly and kind, thanks for all services ..the location quite close to ubud center..near them there was resto Tebasari that they can help arrange to pick up you go there, enjoy eat in gazebo with ricefield view..they provide pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiard, TV Room, family room, spa beds..they clean up our rooms everyday and provide breakfast with generous...pick up in airport already included so u can get it for free..

Amazing view on rice fields, to jungles, no city noise.

its old villa and everything needs to be renovated, pool is destroyed, tiles needs to be changed, light and waterheaters are not working properly, too much unfixed things…Breakfast was included but its simple, not even enough for 5 person, nothing else: just eggs and bacon, toasts and fruits all 10 days🤷‍♀️And they are never mopping rooms

What a fabulous villa and holiday. The villa itself was incredible. Beautifully tranquil and secluded and yet close to many amazing experiences and attractions. The whole villa has been designed so well with very comfortable lounge areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and gorgeous views. The pool was great with a very shallow end perfect for our young kids to play safely and allow the adults to relax. It was also 20m in length so great for swimming lengths for those who wished. Ketut and Komang were excellent hosts - breakfasts were delicious with freshly made juices every morning served alongside a fruit platter, breads and hot items such as sausage, bacon, omelette and banana pancakes. We also chose to have our evening meals at the villa which were exceptional too with fresh ingredients, great flavours and cooked to perfection. Ketut drove us each day for our trips out - Bali zoo and Bird Park, Telalalang rice terraces and the Monkey forest to name a few - he was so knowledgeable and also chose excellent restaurants to stop at nearby when we requested. Nothing was too much hassle for Ketut or Komang - such as doing additional airport transfers for our family who arrived and left on differing days to us, arranging massages at the villa or for our laundry to be done (which was returned within 24 hours). Top notch service throughout.

We have no complaints at all. We had an incredible stay at Villa Lumia and would return again in an instant.

The staff were indescribably awesome. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The meals they prepared were better than most restaurants. The place was clean and well serviced. The scooters were rented at great prices, and the car did regular trips at request into Ubud. They organised rafting and ATV tours as well as a Mt Batur dawn climb with breakfast. This was our second time at the villa and first as a family of 10. We will be back.

Everything was perfect. The villa is gorgeous and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating in helping with some transfer issues. 10/10!
