The location was fabulous we had a great view of the water from our deck, our unit was great and very comfortable and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Having the buggy really helps and being met at the airport on arrival was fabulous, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Compass Point 8.
The beds really need replacing, springs are gone in the spare room and the main bedroom mattress sags. Would be handy to have some paper towel in the kitchen for cleaning the BBQ.

Absolutely incredible view and great to have the buggy included!
The bed in the second bedroom definitely needs replacing as the other guests had trouble sleeping it was so uncomfortable.

Location was SUPERB!!!!!!! A gorgeous apartment with spectacular views. Very clean and tidy too.
The wifi was pretty bad. : ( Watching any sort of streaming program meant waiting for the screen to buffer every few seconds sometimes. We required two cots and only one was delivered but that was an easy fix and a second cot was promptly delivered. Our car seats weren't organised at all despite being paid for but I don't think this had anything to do with the property.

the location and comfort was lovely and as a family of 4 we would happily stay again.
The sound from upstairs neighbours were louder than I thought. You could hear every footstep.
A few little things like bad wifi, flat batteries in the remotes and leaky toilet, back seatbelt on the buggy was sticky etc but all little things that didn’t negatively effect our holiday in general. It was still a lovely and comfortable apartment for our week. we BBQ’ed on the deck every night and swam in the pool every morning. The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying again.

I couldn’t have asked for anything more. from being picked up at the airport, to having everything you would need at the apartment, and the view was amazing.

Lovely location. Nice and quiet. Great having the buggy to drive around on. Very generous sized apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need.
The unit is a little tired. Lovely big leather lounge that's in need of a good dust. A bit of an issue with hot water in the shower, it kept going cold.
I didn't like the step up to the bath and the shower over the bath. The bathroom is plenty big enough to have separate bath and shower.

No free use of kayaks, sailboats, SUPs etc was provided with the house
No bath plug. That said, replacements were quickly provided however they also didn’t fit well

I like the views and having a balcony to watch the sunset, cooking facilities, bbq, use of a buggy, separate bedroom with twin beds for the kids
The front door lock was faulty, the seatbelt buckle on buggy was faulty (& no one fixed it after two calls), we didn’t get a room clean or fresh towels unless I asked for it despite staying 10nights

the bed and room were very comfortable with adequate air conditioning and space.
The tap in the bath seemed worn and was hard to adjust the temperature. The plugs didn't seem to fit properly. The internet made it hard to stream our shows from binge and stan. Netflix worked well. All in all though enjoyed our stay and will recommend Compass 8 to others.

Great view from the room. Spacious unit. Complementary buggy is great!. Staff are nice and approachable.
Old is acceptable, but the degree of uncleanliness is a bit too much. The used towel from previous customers still on the chair at the balcony. The overall the price is good.

Location was amazing, not only with the view but also easy access to all areas on the island. Great set up on the deck for lounging & sunsets. Valet service was welcoming & personable.
The property needs a housekeeping list ie. Wifi password, how to work the oven etc etc. Brochures need to be updated as pricing wasn't up to date. Minimal issues

Musty smell, chipped cups, no aircon in bedrooms, stained linen, rotten table, stains on walls, broken umbrella, dirty place mats, dirty floor and no mop, perished pegs, broken clock and rotten deck

When we arrived the place wasn’t the cleanest dirty floors and the bed was very uncomfortable and linen was really old for the price the bed and linen could be updated

The view was amazing. It was so beautiful.
The living area was a good size.
The staff were very accommodating to all of our needs including a late check out to suit our flight.
Bedding was not cleaned properly and had stains all over it. Staff were very accommodating to swap it over when requested.

Unit was not cleaned 100%. Some signs of age requiring a spruce up (broken furniture, stained walls). Could hear every word spoken by guests in upstairs unit.
