I Have been to Bali many times ,and I found The Pavilion Kuta to one of the best places to stay, Staff is absolutely amazing ,do anything for you , it is such a clean Hotel,pool is spotless can't say enough about this Hotel ..Highly recommended to all !! and I will be back !! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool is really nice surrounded by plants and with sun loungers. The room was comfy! The location is near to the main streets in Kuta so you can walk everywhere easily.

There was a slight smell of damp. Not the fault of the property but just to be aware - this area in Kuta is not very nice compared to everywhere else we went in Bali - if you want nice food options then maybe consider this!

Location was fantastic. Staff very friendly, always smiling. Hotel grounds kept spotless.

Would of been good to have a hairdryer.

Small room had no table or chair . Low water pressure in shower and bad odor . Poor lighting can't see much . And lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful garden and helpful staff

Our room was not very clean, there was hairs everywhere on the floor/bed and bathroom wall even. Towels were pretty old and bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. Our room was upstairs with pool view and we did not sleep well those 2 nights we stayed there. Downstairs guests were noisy, stayed up late and wake up early with kids. So no soundproof at all, we heard the noises very loudly as there is big gaps between patio doors

Clean room, good price, friendly and helpfull staff to find a grab to the airport. Many times, we stay in Pavvilion hotel. We will stay there again in February 2023

The staff are so smiley and friendly at this hotel. The pool is a great temperature and big enough to swim short laps. The room is a good size with fridge and kettle and a desk to work so had everything you need.

We were in room A which was opposite reception, on a couple of occasions people would stop right outside our room to have conversations when they were checking in or out early or late. We even got a couple of people using our balcony chairs as a waiting room and they took my towel off so they could sit down! Of course not the hotels fault at all, just a bit annoying.
