Great quiet location perfect spot for aurora, short drive to airport, free swimming facilities , large communal kitchen with dinning area well equipped, grocery shop nearby.stayed in cottage nr 4 has 2 single beds & sofa bed can fit also 2. Bathroom with shower in cottage so no need to use communal bathroom. Enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

No storage for longer stay. Stayed for a week with children had no storage at all. All clothes in luggages and not much place in cottage to keep them either. No ventilation in bathroom can get very steamy after shower opened window but then had cold coming in. Decking can get a bit slippery in frosty weather so be careful

Really nice cute cottages, with a modern feel. Even had netflix in the room. The bathroom and shower were great. The beds - omg, so super comfy, was so hard to get up in the morning. Super close to the airport which is handy if you are arriving/leaving that day. Really easy to check in and out with the lock box

The kitchen was easy to use. First time we used a concept like this, it was fun. The location of the stay is simply great.

The WiFi and TV didn't work. That was sad.

We messaged the staff twice regarding our booking and are still waiting for a response. Very poor service, avoid at all costs. Clearly they do not care about their customers and are just here to take your money.

well equipped kitchen and nice furniture. The instructions for the usage of the facility was perfectly clear. Easily approachable by car. The location is not as cosy and remote but it is very nice looking.

we stayed here in winter time and it was pretty cold in the cabin because there was only one small heating source. You should not use you shoes inside the kitchen which is understandable but it would have been nice to have guest slippers or some alternative so we do not need to bring ours from the cabin because the floor was cold to only wear socks. One of the bathroom’s lock was not lockable (at least we tried pretty hard with no success)

We would like to highlight the easy contactless check-in, even in late hours. Our rooms were clean, with nice and modern equipment. Common areas consisted of clean and comfortable bathrooms (just the walk to the bathrooms is a bit harsh :)) ) and a nice kitchen area, which we, unfortunately, did not manage to use. Free parking in front of the area was also nice. Good location (8 minutes by car to the Keflavik airport) but too close to an urbanized area (we hoped for a bit more secluded place). Everything was nice, clean, modern and tidy.

We did not enjoy separate bathrooms outside the cottage as it gets chilly when walking back from the shower (but we knew about the separate bathrooms when booking our stay, of course). Also, from the pictures, the cottages look like they're hidden in the middle of nowhere, which we wanted. Therefore we were surprised to have arrived in the middle of an urbanized area. We do not have anything to complain about. It is a nice place. However, as we stayed in this cottage for our last evening in Iceland and had an early flight back, we realized that for such a short stay it is not worth the price, despite the short distance to the airport. If you want to stay here, we recommend booking the cottage for at least 2 nights to enjoy its potential.

Very good location in order to see the northern lights. Clean and cosy.

You need to walk outside to reach the bathrooms which is quite difficult at night in the Icelandic gold

Loved the location for our last night as it was only 10 mins from the airport. Cottages are super cute with modern decor inside. Didn’t get to use the communal facilities but looked great. Amazing value for money!!

Unfortunately, the weather was super windy on the night we stayed so it was very noisy in the cottage, which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Not sure if there is a way around this, but just something to consider being near the coast. Also, while the communal facilities are great, it would be ideal to have a kettle in the room for making tea/coffee as was a bit too cold to go out to the main building in the morning to do this.

The location is great! We were flying really early in the morning so worked really well for us. Near to the airport and quite chilled to just relax.

The bathrooms are outside and you can imagine in the lovely Iceland weather having to go to toilet from your lovely cosy bedroom is a chock to the body. It would be good at least to be able to have a sink to wash your face and teeth in the cottage. In addition it would be great to have a kettle in the room!

So cute! Small but clean and well appointed. Nice communal area to eat in. Very handy to airport. Easily accessible with clear check in communication.

Really nothing. However something to look into is the shower. The floor slopes so that water pours into the bathroom.

interesting place to stay. very unique design of place to stay. small yet comfortable. love the common area where we can make our own meal and coffee. shared toilets are clean

These cottages are super cozy. We had an amazing stay here, we liked everything about this place. ♥️

The cabins are beautiful inside and out.

Host was not incredible helpful when trying to solicit taxis.
