location, view, good amenities & facilities within walking distance, the bakery on ground floor has good breads, set lunch at the cafe is good, value for money too.

no floor towel or mat in bathroom.

Sea view is nice, room is warm during winter time. Room is quite and the staff would clean it well everyday. Location is quite good, close to airport and traditional market, surrounded with many tasty restaurants.

The bathroom is a little crowded, especially the shower place. The price is a little high with regard to the room size.

The beds were not comfortable and there was mould on the roof in the shower

The location was located near the beach and also within walking distance to the Dongmum market and shops

one minor flaw was that the USB charging pod doesn’t seem to be working.

The buffet spread was good. Value for money. The staff were also friendly & helpful. We requested for an early check-in and they acceded.

Transport could have been provided to the airport otherwise need to arrange ourselves.

Room size is comfortable and many eateries nearby . Facing sea front .

The view was wonderful of the South Sea and fishing boats all lit up at night. Front desk staff did speak English for me so thank you! The breakfast buffet and also dinner buffets ( you pay extra) were really a good dining experience. There is a coffee shop at the hotel but not owned by the hotel, it has an inside entrance. They were kind enough to call a taxi for us. It is also quiet in room and great shower!

The bed was a bit hard for me. I prefer a softer sleep, but most beds in Korea tend to be "firm". Service at the evening buffet was not really attentive, such as refilled water glasses or picking up used plates. It wasn't busy at time we dined.

extremly unforgettable view from our hotel room! We definitely recommend to book a room with a "ocean view" to not miss the incredibly beautiful experience!!!!

even if the available food was very delicious there was sadly not a big selection of western food :(

Functional room in central Jeju City, can get a taxi and get to anywhere in the island in 1-1.5hrs.

Mattresses/pillows weren't great. Overall quality is low.

Great location close to lots of restaurants: it was only a few blocks from the famous Black Pork Street. People were friendly, free parking with ample space on site, rooms were clean. We had a suite: we could close off the bedroom from the living area for more efficient cooling with A/C.
