A little flat but the rooms were bigger than I expected. Large comfy sofas and a big double bed. Extra pillows available. The kitchen area was sufficient with plenty of useful cooking and serving bowls, plates, etc. No bath but a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There's off-road parking, which is really useful. Plenty of buses available. It's a 20min walk to town, but there are also shops nearby. There's a lovely park opposite, which has 2 cafes - one which is open early for breakfast.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The only (very slight) niggle I had was having some cupboard room in the kitchen area for my food. I had to move stuff around to make room so it was okay. But really it was so lovely.

it was a lovely large spacious flat. Convenient for what we were doing and where we were going . great eating places around. We ate in the Tiger inn , The Rainbow and Sunday lunch in Thai Terre in East Dean. Weather was a bonus .Pat was so welcoming and on hand if we needed anything . Great stay .

off road parking in a central location

All good wasn’t sure what to do with glass recycling but that’s just being picky!

Very comfortable beds. The bedroom and sitting room had large windows which gave lots of light. Good off road parking and very near to the centre of town.

More windows that open in the sitting room. Had to use a fan.
