+ Beautiful, spacious, clean house on a very nice property (farm with some roosters, chicken, lots of cats, ...) + Owner's father (very friendly) lives in a small house on the same property, offers honey, eggs, vegetables, olive oil, ... + Very nice and clean pool + Secluded from other houses, private, but easily reachable and a minimarket & restaurants nearby + Nice beaches and ports relatively close + Insect nets for every single window + AC in every single room + Cleaners removed trash and replaced towels in the middle of the stay

- Dishwasher would have been nice, but it wasn't advertised, so as expected.

it is a very big house with plenty of room outside and inside. The temperature in the house was good although it was very warm outside. the terrace is big and is comfortable to stay when it to warm in the sun. It lay’s in a quiet part of Zakynthos

Very friendly and caring hosts. Fresh and very tasty eggs and tomatoes are always provided. For people who appreciate the peace of the countryside, this is the perfect place. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Great pool. The owner maintains and cleans.

There was no water in the shower on the second floor. Flushing the toilet didn't always work either. The kitchen lacks certain tools. There was no teapot, pan (there is a casserole). We bought extra cups because the existing ones were not enough for our family. Fixing these minor flaws would make everything wonderful.

location great and peaceful so easy by car out and about. local restaurants where fab and fifteen min walk if you like to walk. food was excellent near by to. the villa was lovely and the hosts are welcoming and friendly, fabulous they really go out of there way to help and give you a good stay. super places to go and find coves and beaches. and in general the area are so freindly helpful. every thing was lovely clean and all you need in villa for your stay

at may time would loved the pool too be heated. but we still used it . but there really was not any issues at all

The house is located near a forest. It's really quiet and we enjoyed the nights spent here. The house was clean and so was the pool. We met the owner at a nearby taverna from where he took us to the property. He was really king to give us some bottle of homemade wine and some grapes and he was there every day to clean the pool. The property is a few minutes away from the nearest village so is important to have a car while staying there.
