Amazing location, beautiful building, clean and good amenities

A little cramped for 5 people

The location is perfect, close to the old town.

It was very noisy during the night because of the traffic and during the early morning because of the contruction works.

Location is fantastic. Rooms so spacious- never seen a bathroom that big. Host communicative and went the extra mile leaving us a local speciality.

This is a great place to stay in the heart of Lecce. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The host Michelangelo is amazing and he brings fresh Italian pastry every morning for breakfast. It is easy reachable by car and there is a parking around the building (60cents per h). For every recommendation 🙂

Very quiet and clean appartment, near all the commodities. The host is very reactive if any questions. The kitchen is shared with the other appartments.

The location was perfect , easy to reach . the apartment had everything , 2 big rooms with high ceiling in a tipical palazzo of the south of Italy. The bedding was very confortable and the bathroom facility top notch. The kitchen facility was also excelent. The owner was so accommodating that even allow us to stay even after check out time.

The location is excellent, being close to Porta San Biagio, the main historical sites and less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room spacious enough for my adult daughter and me. If you like a dark room for sleeping, this is the one for you! The auto check-in was easy with good communication from the staff. We were even given pasticiotti at the end of our stay, which was very sweet.

The boiler went into lockout for some reason and that made for cold showers and a cold room at night. Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the room. The shower drain did not allow the water go down quickly enough creating a pool of water within a short time. The toilet seat was loose. The tenants upstairs were not particularly quiet and could be heard in the stairwell visiting with each other at night.

Lovely spacious modernised apartment in an interesting old house.. Very convenient location. Michelangelo was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

One of the beds, living room and kitchen in the same espace. Limited parking options in the region.

The only suggestion we would make is that the property would benefit from a kettle in the room. Not a negative, just an improvement for the future.

Very well located, just a few steps from the historical center. Great value for money, especially in Lecce! Easy to communicate with the host.

The room could be a bit more decorated and have a bit more comfort (ex: second pillow). Some noises from the corridor. Breakfast could be improved, it’s more of a snack, good that it’s included but I would definitely not pay a supplement for this! But again good value for money!
