The location, the gardens and the pool

Cleanliness of the room. Outdated and old bathroom. Great water pressure though. Food quality not great at breakfast lunch and room service. Good selection though .

Me encanta la cantidad de actividades que tiene el hotel: gym, cancha de tenis, la piscina y el jardín. El restaurant muy bueno también!

Se nota que es un hotel que tiene sus años ya, algunas de las griferías de los baños rotas, nuestra habitación daba justo con el extractor del restaurant así que nos levantábamos con olor a comida. Y otra cosa que no me gustó es que cancelaron el pago desde booking para poder hacerlo ahí en el hotel.

Fabulous architecture and friendly helpful staff in a central location in the city. We had an updated room on the 9th floor facing the garden. Excellent wifi

It would have been great to have had an a La carte option in the restaurant. The more pub like restaurant in the garden had choices from its more basic menu.

The room were old, sofie and carpet dirty no lights felt dark, no spot lights to hide the age of the furniture in the room

Horrible facility. I've travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels in my life, and I have never had a bad experience close to this. As it started from almost 2 hours of airport pickup delay, a very old facility, which I believe has never been upgraded. We booked for 2 nights but after seeing the place we couldn't stand it at all. So we asked for cancellation at least for one night, but they forced us to pay for the second day also.

Amenities in the room very poor . There's no even disposable plastic razor (it doesn't cost much ) . Furniture and decoration too old, some paints are scrapped in some parts of bed and furniture . It's really disappointing for a room which has rate of 160 USD/night excel breakfast .

Some staff are nice, and that's Ethiopian people culture naturally they are good at giving services. Compound,swimming areas, and the swimming pool are amazing naturally heated water. The gym and the outdoor treadmill are amazing.

The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Everything is very old. Mostly, please reserve the SPA facility to in-house guests. Very, very old SPA facilities and very crowded with people who doesnt stay at the hotel.

the pool was very refreshing. The adjacent Gazebo is a very refreshing and relaxing area.

worst internet ever . a hotel this expensive is supposed to have better internet connection. itvwas imposible to connect to a meeting online

Great location and very friendly staff. Also enjoyed the naturally heated pool. Good sized rooms.

Facilities were old and quite run down. The spa facilities in particular in need for an urgent update. The rooms were very dark, not sufficient lighting even with all lights on.
