Room size and clealiness.
NO room service or even any cafe / restaurant within the Hotel . Guests have to eat out always or bring in food from outisde which isn't normally very suitable for foreigners. This is probably a NO NO stay anymore at this property next time as very nconvenient.

The room is so spacious and suitable for our group of 3 adults. Breakfast has not so many option, but what is available, already met with our preference. Location in Dongmeng is the best with the hustle and bustle of the East Gate Pedestrian Street, everything is there to enjoy! Subway also just few steps away. We suggest to add with International ATM so foreigner like us, can easily make cash withdrawal.

It’s a charming Hotel, centrally placed in Shenzhen.The room was modern and nice and (for me as European import) not too huge!
The breakfast was convenient and I was also in the Gym, offering everything needed. The staff was extremely friendly. Good English level.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff + unlike my last stay, reception staff spoke English (perhaps they were on holidays before).

The beds were not comfortable. But my parents and I suffered insomnia due to the poor beds.
Breakfast was fully occupied and the space and staff were significantly insignificant to cater for the need. Food was not timely replenished. Hot milk was out of supply since 9am and not replenished till the end of the breakfast session.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good, not too many options though, but if you stay just for a couple of days it’s ok
The location was convenient enough, however the place is too touristy, every day it was difficult to get to the metro station or to call a taxi, traffic jams and huge crowds of people are all around the place

Location is maybe best in Shenzhen. Beginning of famous Dongmen pedestrian street. Just two steps to metro. Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite, helpful and professional staff.
