Der Schlüssel war bei der Ankunft in einem Kästchen hinterlegt, aber bald kam der Manager, der sich nach unseren Bedürfnissen erkundigte. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man konnte den Gemeinschaftsraum und die Küche benutzen und auch ein sparsames Frühstück bekommen. Man fühlte sich als Teil des Projekts. W-Lan und Parkplätze waren gut.
Die Lage war etwas abgeschieden, Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten minimal.

Breakfast was just ok. Second day- no yoghurt or fruit. Room was basic. There was a kettle - but no cups. No glasses. Not a great reception. The gentleman just handed me a key. No greeting. Didn’t show us to our room. Very curt.

They are lovely staff, Mr Willy is very kindly man and his wife is wonderful .
The room is clean and comfort .
The quit in the place its very nice but ring of the nearby church at night is not good.

The room was very spacious and the place was very quiet, perfect to recharge. There was a kettle and some plates, cups, and cutlery in the room. Everything was spotless. The toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms, allowing for additional convenience. The WiFi worked well
Nothing to mention. It's not your modern, posh inn, but that is not what we were looking for. We like clean and quiet, and this fit the bill.

The hotel is located in a very quirky are just few km from Burgdorf. Right in front at the hotel there’s a wide parking area. My room was absolutely beautiful. A large and bright living area, a very comfortable double bed and a brand new private bathroom with everything you need. The hosts are really friendly and always available for any kind of information. I’ll consider it for my next business trips for sure.

the view and the calmness
the access to the kitchen was limited only to microwave and the coffee maker which wasn’t mentioned in this way in the booking .. i thought we had full access to the kitchen.
i hope it was more detailed in the booking site so i won’t feel scammed

A delightful place. Not the normal hotel but all the better for that. Breakfast was amazing. Big bright room and location in a village within driving distance many beautiful places.

Friendly welcome. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with everything one could need. There is a full kitchen to use, plus kettle and tea and coffee in room. Garden with BBQs, trampoline, ping pong etc, kids had a great time. Lovely location and right on the Emmental cycle trail. Highly recommended

We came to Lutzelfluh to look for family history connections. It was a surprisingly quaint town and we feel it gave us a very authentic "Swiss" experience. Although breakfast was not included in the cost of the room, we were offered and served a very nice Swiss traditional breakfast for 30 CHF.
We had to modify our dates and the staff was not responsive to email, but we understood the slower pace of life when we arrived in Lutzelfluh.

Our family of five stayed here for only one night. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was ready and the kind owner was still available to assist with checking us in. This guesthouse really exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very spacious, had all the amenities one could expect and more! We had an extremely comfortable stay here! We can really recommend this guesthouse to any one who wants to stay close to Bern (yet wake up in a beautiful village surrounded by nature). Thank you for making our stay very memorable!
