The location was fine. The size of the apartment was fine. The host communication was fine as well.

Parking was not clear. The apartment was on 3rd floor and there was no lift. The stairs were very very old creating noises. The apartment was very old and not upto date. Everything was old even TV floor ( causing noises when walking around ). The bed were old and not very comfortable causing notices when moving. The sofa were also old and very cleaned. The lighting were also low. The balcony was not visible and it was under construction. The shower was not fully covered and it cause the floor to get wet. Over all impression for the amount we paid for the booking the apartment was not worth it. Not recommended

Price was high as compared to hotel

I travelled with my family, we were total of 6 1. We liked that we had fully loaded kitchen as we had dietary requirements and had to cook 2. It’s close to station and easy for old parents to walk and we had lift for apartment 63 3. We could store our luggage after checkout and roam around 4. We were allowed to checkin early and given clear instructions for self checkin and other info 5. As we were in middle of heat wave, fans were also there in room. Coming from Netherlands I can understand why there were No AC as homes are built for longer colder months

The location of this apartment is the best!

No aircon.. super hot even at night.

The space of the whole apartment. The kitchen facilities. The fans in two of the rooms.

There was only one bathroom for all five of us. The toilet on occasion would not stop filling up. We understand we had paid a cleaning charge but still were expected to clean up ourselves. On the second night a very noisy family were running around like a herd of elephants upstairs until late. The doors to the bathroom and first bedroom creaked a lot waking sleeping people in the night when one got up to use the toilet.

The location

As there is no AC in most of the apartment in this area, then to open the windows to sleep or even in the day is noisy and they smoke under the balcony. Tha apartment wasn't market (with numbers or name) property, we had a lot of other people tried to inter our apartment mistakenly.

Perfect location. Lovely accommodations. Comfortable bed. Clean room with amenities. JUST 1-2mins walk to railway station

We got 2nd floor. When we book the hotel, we were not told about the floor. It doesnt have lift and only 1 bathroom is there

The entire 1st floor was ours. Very big and spacious. I was happy to see the kitchen. We cooked and eat. Enjoyed here.

3rd floor,not a lift

The apartment is extremely poorly soundproofed. You don't hear the noise of the trains from the station, but you hear absolutely everything from above, from the hallway. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper.

The room is clean and spacious. 10 mins walk to bus station. Migros and COOP supermart are within 10 mins walking distance. Many restaurant outlets.

1) There is no lift in the apartment. We need to carry our luggage up two levels. 2) There is only one bathroom with the toilet attached. Very inconvenience for 5 of us in the morning.

Mattresses were little uncomfortable, otherwise the stay was perfect. The location is very nice just next to Interlaken West train station

distance from the Interlaken west station. they have two properties and I didn’t know one is a 10 mins walk from the station. only after reaching they told that property is a walk. with luggages and kids it was a tough walk after a long travel.

Location, location, location. It next to the train station and has a few halal restaurants downstairs. Shopping mall across the street. It also have kitchen and stuff. TV and living room is big too.

The ladder for the double decker bed is too difficult to climb.

5 mins walk from the market area. A short walk to the river.

The stairs and taking the luggage upto the third floor. I wish there was a lift. However this had been made clear at the time of the booking.
