ElyRose est un appartement récemment rénové et prestigieux, spacieux et ensoleillé situé au 5ème étage (avec ascenseur) d'un élégant immeuble ancien à quelques mètres de Santa Maria Maggiore, l'une des quatre grandes basiliques de Rome, dans le quartier animé de Monti à seulement 150 mètres des stations de métro de Vittorio Emanuele (ligne A) et à 250 mètres de la gare de Cavour (ligne B). C'est en plein milieu du Colisée et de la gare Termini. Cet appartement de 120 m² est le meilleur choix pour profiter de votre séjour dans la ville éternelle car il est situé à distance de marche de nombreuses attractions touristiques et la région regorge de bars à vin, restaurants et magasins. Nous sommes à votre entière disposition avant et pendant votre séjour dans le but de faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. Nous pouvons organiser le service de navette depuis et vers l'aéroport et vers le port de Civitavecchia, des plats italiens faits maison et des visites guidées.
L'appartement est composé de 2 grandes chambres et 1 plus petite: une chambre principale avec un lit king size où un lit simple peut être facilement ouvert comme plié pour être une bouffée; une chambre triple avec un lit king size et un lit simple ou 3 lits simples; et une petite chambre avec un lit king size. ElyRose House dispose de 2 salles de bains modernes et élégantes (une avec une baignoire d'hydromassage, pouvant également être utilisée comme douche, l'autre avec une grande douche). De plus, une grande salle à manger lumineuse et entièrement équipée avec une cuisine complète et l'accès à la magnifique terrasse où vous passerez des moments mémorables! Chaque chambre a un accès individuel à son balcon. L'appartement se caractérise par des sols en marbre originaux, beaux et colorés et de hauts plafonds voûtés. Il est entièrement équipé avec climatisation (dans chaque chambre!), connexion internet wi-fi et 3 TV SAT avec environ 200 chaînes internationales.
La gare Termini (la gare principale de la ville) est accessible à pied avec des liaisons publiques directes depuis / vers les deux aéroports.

My friends, family and me had a great time here. There were several nice restaurants close by and we visited several key sites in Rome. We were able to walk almost everywhere but we were also able to make good use of subway passes and the express train to the airport. Totally enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were great. Very welcoming and helpful with lots of suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is antique that kept the same design and tiles which make it different from the newest apartment.It was close to everything. The host make sure that we had plenty towel for our stay. We were 6 adults and one teen. we enjoyed it and this balcony was so relaxing after a day at the vatican. we cooked breakfast because kitchen is complete with everything .they also had coffee available. It was really a nice stay since we were 7 the price was so much better than paying 3 hotel rooms.

Wonderful apartment on the 5th floor, small elevator for 1-2 people. Great air conditioning and beautiful rooms. Perfect location, close to train station Termini, the gorgeous Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, the colloseum and shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again.

We could not have been happier with our stay in Rome! Everything was great, from the check in, to the place itself, to the functioning AC!! The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony overlooking the city capped it all off. The beds were comfortable. It’s on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny so we got our exercise and walked up most the time. Very safe and secure building tho. I would recommend this place all day every day. Oh and the

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is perfect / very safe - close to many major attractions. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment itself was great - it has everything you need. It has air conditioning which was great with the hot weather. The communication from Cinzia & Sandro was outstanding! They make sure your stay is perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Cinzia was a wonderful host in Rome. The apartment is well located and it was easy to get where we needed to go from there. The balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. Cinzia recommended a guide who we hired for a tour and it was wonderful, the highlight of our trip! We highly recommend this apartment!

This place has so much character to it! Definitely check out the church next door, it is beautiful! Even though we only stayed one night, our last night in Italy, it was spacious enough for 6 of us. Appreciated the bottle of wine left or us that we shared on the patio. It is a short distance to the Rome Termini if using transportation. Gabrele, was so friendly and helpful in checking us in and setting up our transportation to the airport. Wish we had more time to spend there.

This place was perfect. 15 minute easy walk to the train station, lots of restaurants nearby, and can walk everywhere and we did. We even walked 35 minutes to the Vatican along the river.
The space itself was great for the 6 of us. Two bathrooms were key and laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very accommodating. We utilized the large balcony every evening. Such a comfortable place to return to after a long day of site seeing. We also felt very safe.
If we ever return to Rome, I would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace. Managers were amazing, communication excellent, helped us arrange airport transfer. They even supplied a baby chair and baby cot in our rooms as well as a baby seat for the car ride.

This apartment is very nice. Close to Roma Termini and a short walk to the Colosseum and Monti area. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer. Needed a place for an overnight on the way home from Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, beautiful views from the balcony and from the terrace. It is centrally located. Can easily walk to all major landmarks and historical sites. The property managers were so pleasant to work with. They were so accommodating letting us keep our bags there before check in. The location, Apartment and location were all excellent.
Cinzia was excellent as well as Giovanni helping with everything possible.
Would however consider the recommendation if you have small children.
The complex is very strict with no noise before 8am which was difficult for us as our children were waking up at 6:30am onwards.
When kids are excited which we have four of, it was difficult for us to keep them silent which was the only downfall of our stay, as we had two complaints placed on our door over multiple days which were generic complaints written about noise and shifting furniture.
In the second complaint, I do not believe it was a warranted complaint.
These complaints left us feeling a bit anxious during the morning to the point we felt the apartment, other owners simply were not interested in short stay.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment in an ideal location. The hosts were so helpful when we had problems with airline delays and needed help with drivers to handle multiple arrivals late at night. And a bottle of wine too!

Apartment is just as described and has huge windows, multiple little terraces and super high ceilings.
It is a 5 floor apartment - our legs sure felt those stairs! but there is an elevator available for you to use if needed and for luggage!
We found the apartment very well stocked, even with extras that we had not been expecting and some
Helpful things past guests had left behind. There were guidebooks and reading books and even some
Toiletries.
We walked everywhere during our stay and found the location very convenient for everything that we wanted to do and also felt safe.
Our hosts were so helpful and even helped us arrange a car to get us all to the airport.

As you will see from the photos and the other reviews. This place is a lovely home, well located in Rome. The more you sit in the home the more you notice small details that make the experience so very homey. We were greeted and oriented by the host in a very warm and familiar way and it is clear that this is a family-run property. I want to thank them for being so accommodating over the Christmas holiday and for including special touches that we would never have had at a hotel at Christmas. Enjoy your stay!
