Bed were comfortable and staff were amazing, bathroom was clean and showers were nice

Comfortable beds. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a power adapter and a bottle opener and helped with carrying our luggage to and from the parking area below.
The private pool pump needed repair and the pool light was inoperative. Lack of facility maintenance was evident. The two kitchens were incomplete. It could use more utensils, plates and cookware. One frypan's coating was heavily scratched and not usable. A microwave oven would be useful. The stay is some distance to and from the center of Ubud on a narrow road mostly without sidewalks and with many speeding motorcycles and cars.

Just incredible! accommodation is stunning with a lovely pool area. the staff were also amazing and helpful!

staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and helpful. breakfast was also very tasty. the villa itself was very cosy, ac worked perfectly and beds comfortable. the pool was the star of our stay, we had it mostly to ourselves during our stay and we did not leave

the villa is a single bathroom shared and no door in between rooms. there was no courtery or cooking elements.

The pool was amazing!
There was a heavy leak from the roof during raining (at upstairs bedroom). The rain water leaked through the wooden flooring and leaked to downstairs as well.
Electric was cut off twice throughout the stay.
The shower flooring tiles were extremely slippery.

Everything is good!! Good place to visit Ubud and make excursions to the temples. The pool are so wonderful.
