Lovely place to stay, room had everything you could need including a fridge and microwave, doors direct into the beautiful garden were an unexpected bonus. Lovely breakfast room again with everything you could need and a choice of cooked or non cooked breakfast, tea, coffee and juice. Great location with a bus stop to the centre just across the road. Exceptional hosts. Would definitely return.

It was really pretty and cosy. The garden was beautiful. The room was a good size. The facilities were all in excellent condition! Very clean and well presented!

Breakfast was excellent, very tasty and beautifully cooked. My room had direct access to the garden with its secluded patio area, a summerhouse and sheltered seating - very peaceful after busy days. Very comfortable bed!
As a ‘larger’ size person I found the shower cubicle a little ‘snug’.

An amazing place to stay. Everything you would want in the room including a microwave and mini fridge. Excellent friendly hosts and a beautiful garden to sit in.

The location was ok but the staff didn't give us time to enjoy our breakfast he keep on coming talking to us in middle of breakfast even taking our plates before finishing didn't like it nor my partner next should should give guest to enjoy their breakfast

Lovely guesthouse with excellent service. The room is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The breafast was perfect. Lovely hosts! Would recommend to anyone visiting Norwich.

The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Great WiFi and excellent access to TV with Netflix. Fridge, microwave, kettle etc. It had everything and was close to local amenities.
Roger was very welcoming and certainly runs an outstanding B&B.

Found this little gem for our visit to Norfolk.
Breakfast is excellent.
We booked again to come back a few weeks after we stayed end of August.

Everything was amazing and Roger and Pam are lovely hosts that will go above and beyond, very welcoming, the room was lovely and had everything required, and the breakfast was brilliant!
Only slight issue was the netflix would cut out sometimes due to losing internet connection and would take a while to come back
