Close proximity to the port

No lift. No one to assist two 70 year old women up 3 flights of stairs. Low ceilings where we had to walk around hunched over.

We booked this property as there was a lack of options and this seemed like the best one available for the one night stay we had. We knew it wasn't going to be an outstanding, fantastic place, just standard. It was honestly just fine! No complaints. There was some nice touches like the PlayStation and lots of books in the bookcase and a decent coffee machine. Beds were comfortable.

The access is difficult when you have multiple suitcases as we did as the apartment is essentially on the 4th floor and so a lot of steps to carry luggage up. The kitchen and bathroom are cramped due to the sloping roof, it is an attic apartment, this is no big deal. But perhaps worth mentioning.

The greatest advantage of this place was location - near to the bus station, the old city and Adriatic sea. In flat was clean and well equipped. Very helpful and contact person as housekeeper.

For me the most important thing is clean accommodation, even if the flat is old. But I saw that my co-travellers prefered newer place. We saw that flat evolve - so this is good way :) If I can have the suggestion - it was better when you change arrangement of furniture, because of slants in the apartment are not comfortable, especially in the kitchen.

I liked self check in.

Host is super sweet and super nice. Approachable and kind. Really good instructions how to reach apartment and really good recommendation for eating in Split. The apartment was clean and neath. We were provided with everything we needed. Also the beach is right next to the apartment which I really really liked. In few minutes walking you are in city center. I would recommend this host, and I will certainly come back.

Nice place to stay in Split. The location is very good close to city center, to the bus station and to the sea beach. We were very well welcomed and everything was there to spend a good stay :)

A bit of noise by the road if you let windows open.

Great location close to old town and nice beach, very kind host, well furnished. Kids loved PS3 with great selection of games.
