The apartment was quite large and clean. Two bathrooms with showers made it convenient. Quiet with an amazing view. Great restaurant next door.

The stairs to the upper room are very narrow and spirals. We were good with it but I wouldn’t recommend the upper room for anyone with difficulties or small children.

Beautiful stone house with an eclectic vintage design, the view is great (if you make sure to rent the second floor of course). Very green and quiet. You wake up into a natural environment, floral scents in the air, rooster, donkey and peacock sounds as well as singing birds at the background. We also had two cute kittens in the garden accompanied us for the whole vacation. The house was used to be a winemaking building and the old school winemaking tools are used as the part of the decoration. Antonio (the host) met us at the center of Massa (small town close to Sorrento) guided us the way to the house even it was late at night. Thanks that he did so, because the location is a bit hidden and very remote. House has all the items a family may need (kitchen gadgets washing machine and dish washer etc..). Cant complain about the cleanliness of the house as it was above average. The sheets and towels were very clean and enough. There is a very nice restaurant right next to the house (Fattoria Terranova) we had a delicious dinner the night we arrived. Proximity was a real advantage. The house had a gate remotely controlled so it was very safe and you can park your car inside the garden.

A little bit far from the city center of Sorrento. Even we rented a car it’s almost half an hour drive and the road is very winding. There is no walking distance stores for basic needs. Massa is a 10 min drive where the grocery stores and bakeries are located. Internet is very weak. You have an avarage reception only at certain points of the house and it is fluctuant. The bathroom shower was leaking and everytime someone had a shower we had to use 3-4 towels to get rid of the puddles of water on the floor. There is a real ant invasion in the house and it bothered us a lot as ant colonies were all over us even when we were sleeping. It was impossible to eat in the kitchen as the ants climbed on us and got into the food. Even we did not leave a micro bread crumb in the kitchen and throw the garbage every night we couldnt avoid it. Make sure the host/owner has sprayed the house beforehand. Mosquitos were an other problem. Dont forget to bring a repeller. We had enough bites for even one night.
