directions to get the key were unclear as we came in after hours. Also need to include where to park as our vehicle was told after we parked where a resident told us to park. this should be made clear to all guests.

The check in with Ana was easy and she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was bright and cleaned daily. Facility to make a hot drink in the room was a plus. The facility to store our bags and bicycle in the building, between check out and leaving the city, enabled us to spend the day on the beach, so we're very grateful for that. It was more affordable than most similar quality places we looked at and , even though there were no twin-bed rooms left, we felt lucky to get a room here and snapped it up.

This is a good location for walking to everything, but it does get pretty noisy at night, shutting the windows helps .

Nice room with plenty of natural light. the location is very good. Public parking “Buen Pastor” is very close to the hotel.

the light for reading at night could be improved. It’s too strong.
