I like the warm welcome.our room was very clean and tidy up. Room Air Condition working very well specifically in hot weather. Reception room sitting very good. Very good location and getting a taxi 🚕 no problems.Breakfast was very tasty and good variety with fresh orange juice 🧃.Very good value for money 💰.I hope I will stay again.

I only liked Amira and Rachid, they did a very good job to make my stay a nice time and I think they deserve a raise. Also the cleaners of the hotel we`re very gentle
The breakfast was not proffesional and not worth the money. They serve fake tea and jus d'orange (mixed with water) and the food was not 4 star hotel worthy. Also the swimming pool is very weird

The listing said it had a balcony, it didn’t.. also no bar as advertised.. avoid

Location was fine, a small shop and a Carrefour nearby.
I enjoyed the bar at the ground floor of the hotel - shisha and football watching.
The swimming pool did not seem clean

The Staff were great except a small detail. During our breakfast they keep asking you your room number i couldn't understand why a female staff there asked us twice....we didn't enjoy our first breakfast but the second was great
We were very disappointed of the cleanliness of the room and the fact they didn't give us the exact reserved room. The first night we couldn't sleep because of the acariens since the room wasn't ventilated

Everything here was good and moderate. Breakfast was really good, the same applies to the rooms and the temperature, especially during this season it was good too and the location was perfect.
The construction site in the neighborhood there was a lot of noise during the early morning hours. disrupting my rest

I liked the friendly staff (Lamiaa, Kamal, Mohsen, Hanan, Chef Mahdy, Idriss, Hamza, Boshra, Mona, Sofia, Elisht, Zahra and Sofia).
The food was nice in the breakfast.
