The location is beautiful and the beach is lovely. Peaceful retreat. The staff are nice and helpful fixed all our problems but frustrated that we had so many problem to address when we arrived.
The price of the place is not worth it. Very overpriced for the quality of the facilities. The toilet was broken when we arrived and many of the lights did not work in our room, the sheets were dirty, and the room listed two bathrooms, there were two showers but only one bathroom with a toilet. Very run down facilities and the restaurant quality was subpar especially for the price. This place needs an upgrade, renovation, and more attention to the facilities. Very overpriced for quality of the accommodations. Also, the wifi never worked except when they ran our credit card. And there is no free pickup from the drop off pier and it's about a 5-10 minute walk so if you have luggage prepare to get hot and sweaty on the way to the hotel. I will return to this beach but not this accommodation.

The beach was great.
Wifi did not work. It only worked in the reception. Our room was 10 yards from the reception, but it did not work there.
Poor breakfast - bothered by flies, dogs and cats.

I like the location of resort, very nice and clean beach
The restaurant of resort closes soon and no activity there and the breakfast is boring. Location of resort is a bit far from Koh Rong pier, need to rent motorbike or taxi (15-25$) to come there

The location was honestly amazing - so quiet and the beach is beautiful. You can take the GTVC speed ferry to get there easily. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread of food!
Some of the facilities in the rooms were quite run down. It could use a bit of a post-covid touch up!

The beach front is the star Qaulity and makes this place feel special. Providing they keep it clean and tidy.
The place is starting to look pretty worn. They could buy new towels for the rooms.

Breakfast nice, beach was incredible and very private. Staff lovely
Place was empty, walked into a leak in the room which took a few hours to fix, not offered another room. Was a small room for the price, had ants and under the bed was filthy! About 30 mins drive to main port (buy a moped)

Beautiful beach. We got a free upgrade which was lovely. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. It was quiet so not a choice for breakfast but that was ok. The beach is stunning! The apartment was spacious but a little old.
It is remote and not much to do in rainy weather. Expensive to go to Koh Touch.

The beach is stunning
The hotel is falling apart. Our cabin was about to collapse and many other cabins are a completely ruin and seems that no one cares. The places really needs maintenance and I can read from previous post that the same observations were made before covid. The restaurant is very precarious and more expensive than a 4 stars rest in Phnom Pen. Chairs broken, rubbish, it is a shame that government allows that. I wish booking offer a refund, this is a trap and you can scape back, the ferry and taxi is 100 dollars return per two. It is a matter of time that a cabin falls over a guest or a cabin set on fire. There is one restaurant on hotel 10 min to the west which is better.

no free shuttle to the hotel and wasn’t told up front it would cost $50 just to get to the resort and then back to the pier.
also no shuttle into town so have to rely on very expensive tuk tuk.

It was well situated. the beach area was very beautiful. Not many people in the resort so it felt like I had the beach to ourselves.
the A/C did not give out much cold air in the room and ceiling fan did not work. the beach area needed to be cleaned. lots of debris and water bottles everywhere.

The location is perfect, situated on the beach with a perfect view, the water is beautiful and the sand is amazing.
The sand fly’s are very annoying, take in consideration to have antihistamine pils or shoot’s if you are allergic tu any insect bites.
Some things don’t work properly, like the water was not hot enough, and some other small things, I think mainly because the hotel was closed during covid.
If you don’t like the food option, I strongly recomend the restaurants from thea village (5 minuts walk), don’t expect premium condition’s, but the food is grate and the prices are half.
