Location because of the noise rooms come with ear plugs

The room was clean and comfy. There was a construction works going on nearby so it can be noisy at day till 9pm but it was OK they offer ear buds to use when it's noisy.

The location is not a happening place stay is good, did not try breakfast so not sure about it. This I will recommend for someone need to relax in a beach which is not crowded. mostly construction’s happening around

the walls are made of paper and we could not sleep in the whole night. there were parties inside and outside the hotel (Sunday night, not a specific festivity…)

The hotel is well located, but the general rating is in my opinion not correct. Therefore 1 of 10 points. In general i would say 5 of 10 points.
The staff was friendly, but honestly - u won’t find unfriendly people in cambodia
Super loud rooms, no isolation, construction and loud music from outside the whole night.
The hotel looks like an old hotel (actually new build), accommodation is super used already.
The casino as an entrance lobby is not like a Las Vegas thing and feels not inviting.
The breakfast is a standard breakfast, we had it included during our one night experience.
I included a Picture of the american breakfast, wich costs 12$ - not worth it and wouldn’t pay that much in most of europe cities for it.
In general. Try to avoid Sihanoukville, as it’s an overpriced city under chinese construction. Additionally, the ferry is currently leaving from the harbor, located at the other end of the city

The Hotel is just 3 years old, but run down- and looks like 13 years old- w/o maintenance.
Overprices and focusing on the Casino activities in the Ground floor. Noisy due to loud music from next door entertainment venue ( belonging to the Hotel), but stopt already at 3.00 a.m.

Hotel is full of cigarette smoke from the casino in the foyer.

Bar was good won bottle whiskey playing bingo only need to come back in one month to pick it up .I don't think two many people get to win the bottle .

The 4 star hotel that we missed all our life in sihanoukville. Even at high price. Absolutely worth every penny.
If you sleep light. Ask for a room in the side. You can see the ocean yet no loud music during the night. We had 701 and that is great .
Not too much ...just the music from the club at the pier till 3 am
