The breakfast was great. Full variety of food. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was great, quite close to the fountain of elephant.

Habitat was a very welcoming place, like Catania, it is rustic and quirky and blends modern with old nicely. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and assisted us with everything we needed. They helped with bag storage, took our bags to the room for us and arranged taxis for us which was incredibly good service. The room was much bigger than expected with a lovely rain shower. The breakfast was also included and had a large selection of food, both hot and cold food. Habitat is in the heart of Catania and is close by to everything.

Habitat was rustic to the point a window was missing in the staircase, which somehow still didn't look out of place. The TV in the room had a mind of its own and the controller didn't respond well and was difficult to use. I also had a reaction to the shower gel provided which I've never had before - it may have been a combination of the hard water and ingredients but be aware, it took a layer of skin off and left it very sore. Catania itself didn't feel safe and was quite a rough city in general to be in, the hotel took extra precautions around security but it's something to note. We saw everything in a few hours and retreated back to the room.

Great boutique hotel in a central area in Catania. You don't immediately step out into a crowded area which is welcome. My suite was perfect and especially the bathroom facilities. The onsite restaurant is also a good choice should you need a night in and its thoughfully presented. Great breakfast choices and clean. I would definitely stay again!

Whilst not a dislike, the apps on the TV were not installed and a bottle of complimentary water would be a nice touch in the room.

Room only had two skylights and no windows. This was not a problem for our one night stay, but just a word of caution if you plan on being in the room (and not visiting the sights) for multiple days.

the hotel is weird - seems like it maybe suffered during COVID? feels like it’s in transition or hasn’t had anyone staying there in awhile. We had a deluxe room but there was no fridge or full length mirror, the bathroom had a sewer smell after we would shower or flush the toilet, and the room service was not quality food… for example the pasta al Norma had no eggplant and tasted like canned tomato sauce …

The excellent location, friendly staff, and very good breakfast exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The serious advantage of the hotel is a private garage within a 2-minutes walking distance. The garage is small, so making the reservation in advance is very recommended.

The entrance to the hotel is hardly discoverable from the street, for the 1st time comings it might take a time to find the reception. Regardless of the reservation of the garage, it may happen, that there are no free place inside and it may take some time to release it. The rooms are rather well designed and decorated, than convenient. The blankets look rather like covers. The room price is too expensive as well as the price of the parking lot.

our room on the first floor, felt a little simple compared to the courtyard, lobby and breakfast area, so perhaps be conscious of that when booking. we chose the beat price per couple. The higher rate rooms are definitely the ones in photos.

The breakfast spread was amazing in terms of taste and variety. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and had modern fittings.

Primarily the plug placement; the plugs by the bed were spaced so that one of the plugs was behind the bed. This meant it could not be used for plugging in a charger with an adapter. Not the greatest issue, but a minor one nonetheless. To be additionally nitpicky, I would have preferred if the wine and nibbles in the room had prices on them or nearby so that we could have seen how much they cost if we were to use them.

A very cool oasis in busy Catania. Quiet, tucked away, good location and very stylish. Staff were very helpful with all things Catania and also perservered with the car rental company to organise a change of pick up time. Great variety of breakfast items and a beautiful space to start the day. Highly recommend.

Great location, nicely renovated. Rooms lovely. Breakfast options were super and we had a meal there one evening which was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room in a well renovated building. The employees were very polite, professional and always willing to help. The location is the best that you could have and it is possible to have parking booked (with a reasonable charge) in a nearby garage.

The room didn't have a nice view but it was still very big, modern and clean. So, we didn't really mind.
