Room are very bad

Booking .com taken 257.92€ from me. At arrival there I had to pay full amount for 3 days AGAIN. How do I get my deposit back. ??? Pls advise. !!

Thank you for your follow-up question regarding my stay at Hotel Suite Martil. While my overall experience was positive, there was one aspect that I found slightly inconvenient. One thing that I didn't particularly like was the automatic lighting outside the hotel. The lights took some time to turn on, which caused a bit of inconvenience, especially when returning to the hotel at night. It would have been more convenient if the lighting system responded faster to ensure a well-lit pathway for guests. Despite this minor inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the overall experience or my satisfaction with the hotel.

The property was close to all amenities.

The staff were very nice from the reception to cleaners and waiters as well. The breakfast was amazing (whatever you choose since I tried them all). Everything was clean! The hotel is close to the beach and other amenities. We enjoyed the stay

We loved our stay! Many compliments for the cleaners who did their job excellent. Breakfast was good and the overall staff was very friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff including security staff on the door. Immaculately clean and a huge room with massive comfortable bed. Ideal location close to beach, markets, restauatnts and Taxi but quiet to sleep at night.

Nothing- apart from no there is no view from the window, which can't be helped due to location of hotel. This was not an issue as we were out and about most of the day.

Same breakfast everyday. Was quoted price in sterling pounds during booking and the hotel management declined to accept the payment in sterling pounds. Have always stayed at the same hotel for last 5 years and paid in pounds. Hotel bedding filthy with stains and hair all over it. Got it sorted after complaining.

Great location, a 5 mn walk to the beach in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and cafés. Great, comfortable room, terrace and bed. Pretty good breakfast too. Staff is nice but seems to only speak arabic. Parking is limited and costs 1,5€ per 24h.

Not much to dislike, it’s a very decent hotel for a short stay.

Everything was awesome.Location is perfect.Tasty breakfast. From the point of arrival to the point of departure excellent service with great team especially by Ayoub and Asmmaa they try give you the best possible experience during your stay! Room is very big and convenient. I would definitely recommend and look forward to stay again in the future!
