We have been to Punta Cana many times. This is the perfect size resort with the right mix of people. We will be back .

I think they should allow the entertainment staff to get tips. They work hard and keep the place excited all day.

I like that the property is small. live entertainment every night was good

not a vibe . seems like everybody does there own thing and don’t interact in the pool like other resorts. my room every time I took a shower the other side of the shower glass leaked water all over the floor next to the bed

Indian restaurant was amazing

too many up charges for literally everything, staff kinda dragged their feet when told about issues IE broken tv, AC or phone

the regular non diamond club rooms are very small, no slippers, robes , mini bar a little bit ot a walk to amenities

the place is far from all tourist activities. hard to find alternative tourist local agents that accept arrive to hotel

We didn’t like the location of the room, poor quality food (too much fried food), and not much to do on Sunday and Monday.

this was for my bestfriends bday a group of 15 eadults when I arrived my room still wasnt ready amongst other ppl whose room werent ready also. I went to eat came back a hour later still was not ready 2 hours passed room is ready on my end there was an issue with adding an extra person to my room the supervisor Tamara kept insisting she could not help we would have to pay full price no options no well we can do this for you or any type of options to make me feel like you trying nothing so we paid full price as if it was another room. Got to the room hot as hell fridge does not work they sent up someone to try and fix it he brung up another fridge which he had to place in the sleeping area they offered to change the room after complaining which they sent us to a room which was the same so we stayed in our original room no apologies just what do you want us to do staff at the front very rude now its time to leave my flight was early but the person staying with me was late and you have to leave the room at 12 they want the bracelets back that they give you but since i leave at 8am ofcourse we think he can stay until 12 we thought wrong they held up my driver to get the bracelets back ma’am Im going on a plane not back to that room horrible service will never come back will never refer book at your own risk

Decor

Most of the rooms were leaking. Staff gave wrong information, too many times. Food was average at every restaurant and pool closed too early

The property itself was very beautiful the rooms were very beautiful.

The staff were too slow. If we ordered some thing or needed something from room service it took forever. I had an inconvenience in one of my rooms and it took three days for them to actually do something about it.
