Comfortable room. Clean. Good location. Good evening meal in the restaurant next door.

No choice for breakfast. Just given a plate with a few items on. Nothing more offered, so one cup of coffee, one glass of juice and that's it.

Arrived when closed, following clear and detailed instructions that allowed entry into the car park and our room. Very nice room with high quality bathroom and fittings, deliciously comfortable bed, quiet a/c, sparkling clean. We had to leave at 07:30 and the restaurant was open at 07:00 sharp to serve us a good breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt, croissant,etc with excellent coffee and smiling service. Can't fault the whole thing. Reasonable price and located right next to a tram taking you straight into Montpellier centre in 10 mins.

-Nice renovated rooms -Spacious rooms -New towels (shiny white, soft...) -Aircon in each room -Small fridge in each room -Clean water boiler with cafe and tea possibility -Water bottle every day -Access to salon (with microwave) -Allowed to connect laptop to big tv in the salon (HDMI cable already installed) -Big and free parking (big gate with code to enter) -Nice terrasse outside -Charm of the building -Excellent breakfast with the possibility to have a 2nd cafe/chocolate -Tram next to accomodation but still very quiet place and very quickly in the city center. - very reactive when reporting a small issue: fixed immediately People and staff (from the accomodation and restaurant): you are fantastic, so kind, supportive and friendly! Excellent!! We didn't use wifi although it was available.

No real dislike, simply small possible adjustments. - light sensors in the hall are not always catching when we are around - in the bathroom: add more hooks (for clothes, toiletry bags...) - on the desk: keep a free plug for a laptop - specific for room 1: no light on ceiling making it a bit short in light in the room - room 3: consider renovating the wardrobe/closet, add a 2nd chair - missing tourisme info in the rooms or salon (what to see, tramway usage...)

Room was fine with good a/c. The hotel allowed us early access to stop off our luggage and park our car - very much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent.

Good sized room with air con, nice outside eating areas, parking, tasty continental breakfast. You can get a tram to the centre.

Instructions to enter property could have been in English to help. Called the owner for support who was helpful. Montpellier town centre 25 minute walk away.

the property is beautiful, the location is ideal to discover Montpellier, the number 3 tram takes you right into the centre and the walk back takes 20mins if you chose to do so. breakfast was delicious and served outside on the patio. the rooms are spotless and the airconditioning kept us cool on what was a very muggy evening. we loved it. the staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. we would have love to have stayed longer :-)

It had parking and the reviews looked good. We had a fridge and 2 bottles of water were provided. the breakfast was simple, but nice. the host was friendly.

We arrived late and it wasn't obvious where the reception was. so we ended up wasting time in the dark trying to find it. The room did not have much soundproofing, so we could hear upstairs walking around and their baby wailing. The bed was pretty hard. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, even though it was a weekend. It was expensive for what we received.

We had a large quiet room, bed was good and the everything was clean. Had a great lunch in the restaurant.

We did not really notice it, but the area does not seem to be that nice.

Really average place. Was ok for a 1 night stay but not more.

Parking was available but based on priority: when we got there it was no place available because the clients in restaurant/terrace occupied it. So we waited a bit (2-3h) to finally park over night. The parking is not paved so we had to struggle with the trolleys till the room (1st floor, no elevator). The rooms are in a different building than the restaurant thus you have to walk outside the property, on the sidewalk, to get to breakfast/restaurant. Cleaning very much needed: the soap cans were all covered in thick layers of dried soap - couldn’t really use it, the sink was stuffy, shower was slippery and not clean enough, bed was rather small and with itchy bed sheets, a/c had a weird smell and it was too hot outside not to use it. Very limited breakfast: croissants, a jam and butter, stewed fruits and some yogurt that had an altered taste. Coffee was not very good either.

The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. Facilities were amazing, so beautiful. Location was perfect for us, a comfortable walking distance to the old town. Will definitely recommend this lovely place to all our friends.

We liked that it had secure parking and a fantastic restaurant attached. We were just passing through for one night and this made life very straight forward!

The smell of the air freshener in the lobby was overwhelming.

Welcoming staff, incredible clean, well priced, and in perfect location to get into Montpellier. The complimentary breakfast was delicious .

Wish the room had a fridge and a safe.
