Cozy and clean appartment. Nice location and not too far from the center, especially with a car. We really enjoy the balcony and garden with great atmosphere.

Not a big issue with us but it could make someone feels uncomfortable as the toilette is quite small.

We really loved the place. The apartment has everything you need, we felt like at home... fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, and washing maschine is really are fantastic items), hair dryer.... Very very clean place. Nice and modern toilet and bathroom. You can park your car for a 5 euro fee in the courtyard,.If you come with another car, you have to park it outside on the street. Parking from friday evening and during weekend is free of charge. Owner communicates with you if you need anything (email, sms, phone). Very nice stay! We will come back when in Budapest again. Nice view from the balcony to Dunaj. We were allowed to bring dogs with us, small breed - italian greyhounds.

We were not able to pay parking for the 2nd car outside on the street by card nor by any application. You have to have hungarian coins to pay, otherwise you get a parking ticket...They check it almost immediately. the bed mattresses and pillows were really soft, this can be a problem to somebody who sleeps on hard mattresses and pillows at home.

Very nice apartment for family. It's very quiet and clean place. In front of the apartment you can park your car for free. It's super plaesant. The building is on the hill over the Margit hid, from the center is better if you go by bus 91 or 191. Beds in apartment aren't very comfortable, but all other stuff is perfect(dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi). We enjoyed our vacation very much. I hope we will come back next year.

Lovely, well equipped, clean, spacious and funcioning apartment. Up on the Rose-Hill the air cools down better than in the city centre at night. Good location.

Bed would better without footrest, we are tall people.

A huge advantage of the place is a parking space at the location. The neighbourhood is quite peaceful and the flat itself sufficiently spacious. Mosquito nets are a nice bonus, when you stay in the warm season. No air-conditioning but you can air the flat quite easily and one bedroom is well shaded with trees growing outside. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The nearest shop is not more than five minutes' walk down the Apostol Street, and the next, much bigger, a few steps more in the Margit Street [mind the way up if you did a lot of shopping:-)] Margit Street also provides you with trams running towards the centre. Gul Baba Foundation terrace (400 m from the location) offers you an amazing view of the city.

A tiny, aircraft size toilet with no hand-wash basin. A bit "oversized" occupants may find it hard to use. Moreover, the toilet is close to the bathroom and the doors of both collide with each other while opening. Location on steep hills of Buda requires well-trained legs particularly when it is over 30 degrees outside. Of course, you can take a bus which runs nearby.

This was a nice surprise for us. Very clean and pleasant and convenient location for our stay in Budapest. A very good place for brunch is at 450m down the (perpendicular) street. We will be back for sure. Thanks to all staff who contributed to our stay.

Nice location, spacious and quiet. Feel just like home. Free Parking space is a big plus.

Had trouble opening the key box. Took quite a while and quite a bit of effort to figure it out.
