Perfect location, super clean and equipped with everything which is needed. Very comfortable bed, quite place. The grocery store is in 5 minutes walking, and bus station also in 5 minutes.
A little hint for tourist - take your own tea and salt. Also use boiler or pot to kettle the water to make a tea.

Excellent location, right next to the Messe in Essen. Very friendly host. Clean apartment.
The host was very quick in providing the responses. My arrival time had changed at the last minute and I could quickly contact the host to provide the updated time. He was very kind and made sure my stay was comfortable.
The facilities provided were very good and the apartment was bigger than expected.
I would highly recommend the apartment to everyone visiting the Messe.

The bathtub should have a curtain as it is extremely difficult to shower without wetting the bathroom’s floor.

Clean and cozy room (with classy furniture), abundant electronic devices (TV, tablet, etc). Nice residential instruction (with restaurant recommandations) and close distance to Grugapark.
It would be nice if there are some free (disposable) house shoes. We did not bring any house shoes with us so we had to walk on our bare feet.
