The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Everything was provided , a hospitality tray on arrival, the beds were really comfy, the view from the lounge was great. Toiletries in both bathrooms , and even beach towels to use. I cannot fault anything . We even had a laugh using the lifts and trying to find our way back to the apartment. Location is superb for all the pubs and restaurants in Poole, close to the ferry for Guernsey and Cherbourg. Boat trip to Brownsea Island on the doorstep.

That I was able to email in advance my ID and then to just collect the keys. I was taking my elderly parents on holiday it was helpful that I didn’t need to leave them in the car for any length of time.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like, the building works we had been prepared for and generally they weren’t a problem for us!

Easy to park and very convenient for everything.

Sofas not great but they were OK.

Very good location. Apartment feels spacious. Car parking a real bonus.

Entrance to the car park is very narrow but fine if you drive slowly, ignore your sensors and trust your eyes!

Great location, very secure and easy parking. Spacious apartment and very well stocked for kitchen equipment, crockery/glassware etc and toiletries.

I think it could do with a little TLC in terms of a paint freshen up everywhere. It could have had a deeper clean (I think we are all a bit more vigilant at the moment with Covid on our minds) floors in particular and window sills had not been cleaned well at all.

Sofa was not very comfortable - especially if you have shorter legs!
