We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay with our dog feeling very welcome. The breakfast was very well organised, lots of options to choose from and delicious and we were really set up for the day.. Great location and nice walk into Poole. Debs and Doug were very hospitable, gave us lots of ideas of places to visit and we will definitely return again.

Bookings.com did not send their confirmation to Coast 77 in time as our booking was last minute so when we arrived they did not have our booking. Debs and Doug quickly rallied around to prepare our room which was fantastic. Going forward will call them to make sure they have received the booking confirmation.

Communication with Doug and Debs in advance of our arrival was excellent - and it was a pleasure to meet them the following morning at breakfast. Doug struck the perfect balance between cooking and conversation with any new arrivals - and at some stage all their guests also struck up conversations between tables - almost inevitable, given the intimate setting. Indeed, swapping information on the area and tapping into Doug's extensive knowledge on a range of subjects added immensely to the experience. Doug and Debs are both teachers and their enquiring minds come across, so, if you are someone who prefers to eat in silence, this might not be for you - but, if you might benefit from the treasure trove of helpful suggestions they have to offer, Coast 77 ticks all the boxes, as it did for us!

Can't think of anything - Coast 77 does what it says on the tin, so to speak - offering a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast.

Wonderful hospitality from Debs & Doug. A home from home, you are made to feel part of the family. Really great tastefully decorated and clean facilities in rooms and property. Lovely little touches like sweets by bead and really nice toiletries and better than usual biscuits and tea and coffee with fresh milk in mini fridge in sustainable packaging. Real attention to detail. Good storage facilities.

Could have had a bigger duvet so it is easier to share.

Great selection for breakfast, catered for all preferences. Ideal location for transport and sight seeing. Ample parking. Hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Bedrooms different sizes depending on your requirements. Outside patio area. Places to eat within walking distance.

There was nothing to dislike. Property, accommodation and location met all our requirements for our stay, places to eat within walking distance.

Situated in a quiet road with easy access to the centre , a park and the sea nearby. Perfectly clean and fresh. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of thought has gone into creating a welcome for visitors.

Comfortable and snug and had everything we needed, including biscuits and fresh coffee which we hadn’t expected. my husband is lactose intolerant and he was provided with lactose free milk and yogurt which was so thoughtful.

Very clean and tidy bedrooms. Excellent hosts who were very friendly and had plenty of time for us. Excellent communication. When we were going out they offered suggestions about how to get about and what to see. On the first morning there was ourselves and another couple, and on the second morning there was an additional family, and we were all involved in the conversation at breakfast . Loved Louis the dog who kept escaping from his cage. This is a dog friendly B&B.

Small note - the B&B is next to the Labour Club and we could hear a conversation but this didn't go on too late. Just be aware that if you are driving from the B&B to Poole you may be stuck at the lifting bridge. We didn't experience this during our stay.
