Pls be careful with this apartment. Is very old is smelly , without devices for hot and its very cold . I wont choose this and for sure is not value for money . Door opens with keys of 100 years before and its difficult to unlock ,its not safe at all. Also we delayed 2 hours to make the check in and hostess charged us 30 euro more because of delay as he told us . The reception is in a bike store 3 roads away and is not easy to reach and none help you . Pls be careful and try to find something other before choose this apartment.

Apartment is 1min walk from the Sagrada Família, which is the most impressive church/minor cathedral I have ever seen in my life. I thought the outside was grand, but the inside is awe-inspiring.

Picture is misleading, looks like a clean but old-fashioned apartment. It is hot and very stuffy, not cleaned properly, dust everywhere, especially around the air-conditioning. Very low beams on which my son and I have hit our heads on multiple times. Zero money is used for upkeep of the apartment. Very uncomfortable small beds. Fold-out couch and other couch look like they were picked up from a dumpster and simply a blanket was thrown over it. Basically, do NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. Most uncomfortable stay in my life, and I have been to thousands of places. Unfortunate as the apartment has great potential, with a small investment it could easily be a great place to stay.

The location is perfect

,The apartment was smelled weird , some things were broken and in general kind of dirty. However, after the checkout, you can safe drop your bags in the rental bike where you picked up the keys

Cosy, and super close to Sagrada Familia, you can go almost everywhere on foot:) Both street and the building are very pretty, it is quiet and safe there. The apartment is rather small, but spacious and has everything you need during a short or long stay. You get towels, hair dryer and iron:)

You can’t place the shower head on the wall because the grip is broken, but that’s the only con i can name:) We also got fresh towels, but they were folded while wet (just a reminder)

Location is perfect. Sofa is very comfortable.

- Because its in an old building, you can hear the neighbors quite clearly. It didn't bother me much but i understand that some might care.

Quiet and only 5 minutes walk to La Sagrada Familia
