Sur plus de deux acres de bord de mer, les Bayberry et Seadaisy Cottages de Ridgevale Beach font face aux eaux tempérées de Nantucket Sound. Il est idéalement situé à Ridgevale Beach et à l'embouchure de 'Buck's Creek', un magnifique estuaire qui offre une superbe baignade, la navigation de plaisance et la pêche aux coquillages, ainsi que des vues spectaculaires. Les oiseaux de rivage, des minuscules Sanderlings au grand héron, sont des visiteurs fréquents. Le Sundeck est un endroit relaxant pour profiter de tout.

En outre, le chalet dispose d'une douche extérieure privée, un plaisir simple et délicieux après une journée sur la plage.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Amazing hosts. Great for kids, lots of creatures around at low tide. Perfectly clean house, everything in good working order. We will go back!

My wife, young kids and I had an absolute blast staying at Scott’s place. Fantastic set up having a great beach right there. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Chatham. Scott was super helpful from check in to check out. He had great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We will look to make this an annual trip.

The cottage was lovely, cozy and immaculate. The location was fabulous, right on a beautiful beach and not far from Chatham center. Scott was gracious, communicative and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely place, very near to a very nice beach. The cottage has everything you may need. It is extremely clean and very well equiped. Scott (the owner) is a lovely person, who took care of us and was great!!! He gave us very nice tips where to go and what to do. Do not hesitate, if you wish to be in a cottage in Cape Cod...this is the place!!! we will be coming for one week during the fall...

Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.

This was an adorable little property right on the beach. It was renovated but kitchen is still dated. It IS comfortable and homey. Beds were comfy and shower was amazing. It fit our needs really well. Beautiful walks on the beach, fantastic weather and Chatham did not disappoint in charm and accessibility. We loved being here and it was charming and fun. Thank you!

Bayberry Cottage in Chatham was just perfect for us -- peaceful, just steps from the ocean, private, kayaks for the outlet areas, cozy/charming, clean, views of the water from every window, great host, convenient location to good restaurants and other beaches and walking places! We love the Cape off season with no crowds -- we often had the beach walking to ourselves! And this time we could watch the eclipse from our little cottage deck. Just perfect!!

My Husband and I wanted to enjoy a Anniversary getaway! We usually stay at a resort in Chatham, but we decided to rent a AirB&B! The location was perfect with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the ocean. Scott couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful with our stay! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing and quiet place to get away near the ocean. Bayberry cottage was perfect! The views are amazing and we loved being able to walk on the beach everyday. Scott is a wonderful host and we enjoyed chatting with him. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Ideal ocean front location. Our first time at Seaside Cottages was greeted by picture perfect ocean views, fantastic weather, fabulous sunsets and hospitable hosts Scott and Ann. Bayberry cottage is perfect for both couples and small families. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Ann even shared her last tomato harvest with us. Over 20 great hiking trails in both Chatham and adjacent town Harwich are well maintained, mostly flat terrain and all within a few miles of the cottage. Hope to return again.

The cottage was perfect-very cozy, clean, equipped with anything we needed & has a location and views that cannot be beat!

This rental was a dream for me. To stay on Cape Cod in a cottage on the beach was just wonderful. So much nature. Bunnies hopping all over. The cottage was impeccably clean and had everything one would need. Nice kitchen to cook in. AC and heat worked great. The property is very well kept. Scott was very responsive and nice. All around nice guy. He really wants his guests to enjoy themselves.

My daughter and I stayed at the cottage for a couple of days in March for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Outside of the fact that it's in a fantastic location and we could enjoy the beach all to ourselves, the home was very cozy and clean, and Scott was amazing - very attentive and super helpful with information about the area. Will visit again.

We spent a wonderful time at the cottage. The location is perfect with tidal rivers in the back and the beach, steps away from the property, on the front. The cottage is small, very clean and had enough room for our family of four. We enjoyed strolling on the pristine beach, watching the gorgeous sunsets and relaxing on the patio. Scott, the property manager, is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a beachside family vacation.

My husband and I visited over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Coffee on the deck at sunrise and walks on the beach. It was the perfect little relaxing getaway. The cottage and location were everything we expected and hoped for. Scott checked in regularly, although we didn't need a thing. A perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayberry cottage in late November. Location is amazing - very private. Any direction you look, there is either ocean, or a beach, or tidal rivers surrounding the place. Very friendly and helpful host as well!

My wife, one year old and I just got back from a truly magical Columbus Day weekend spent at Chatham Seaside Cottages where we stayed in Sea Daisy. The owner, Scott, was extremely accommodating and treated us like family upon our arrival. He gave us a tour of the property, explained all of the available amenities and offered tons of restaurant suggestions. We had family staying at another local lodging establishment and when they came to visit, they were blown away by our "home away from home" for the weekend. The location and proximity to Ridgevale Beach could not be beat - you are literally steps away from Nantucket Sound. Thanks again to Scott for his hospitality - we already can't wait to return next year!

This was our first time to Cape Cod and we had a wonderful time! Scott and Ann were incredible hosts and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed to make it a great stay. The location of the property is fantastic and it was an easy walk to the beach and very close drive to Main Street and other neighboring beaches and towns. I highly recommend this property - between the history, location, views and overall experience it's truly special. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

I have two small children, one with special needs, and this cottage was so convenient getting to and from the beach. It allowed me to walk the kids home for lunch and naps easily. I would highly recommend this space if you have small children.

We enjoyed our stay at Chatham Seaside Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and its location is very good. We spent our time walking on the beach, kayaking and bike rides on the nearby bike path.

My dad and I stayed here for thanksgiving and it was lovely! Scott was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The best part about the place is that it is right on the beach!! We saw beautiful sunsets and had a fun time exploring Chatham!!

Not only were Scott and Annie absolutely lovely people, they were attentive and very easy to communicate with. The pictures speak for themselves, and the property is every bit as beautiful and welcoming as they portray. I cannot wait to return to Bayside to once again watch the beautiful sunsets from the Adirondack chairs, stroll through charming Chatham, and enjoy all the peacefulness of this little slice of heaven!!!
