The owner welcomed us and helped with parking and bags. The room was lovely with the most comfy bed. Also very convenient with easy walk to town.

It was very clean, easy to find and the view was incredible of Ragusa Ibla. Our host was attentive, helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We really recommend staying here

Nanni the host was extremely helpful and the accomodation was a generous size and had a wonderful view off the balcony with an excellent breakfast supplied.

The air conditioning could not be adjusted under 25d which made the night sleep very hot and difficult.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with spectacular views far exceeded our high hopes and expectations. This is a beautiful, recently restored property located within easy walking distance of Ragusa Ibla, especially via the “secret gate”. Delicious full service breakfast with local specialties. But the best part of Terra del Sole is the warm, hard working and attentive owner and proprietor, Nani, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and assist with taxi services and recommendations regarding local sites and activities. Not to be missed is Cinabro Carrettieri for a brief tour of a master Sicilian cart maker’s workshop by his charming apprentice and to appreciate these beautiful pieces of art. Perfect relaxing base for a visit to Ragusa Ibla and nearby Modica and Scicli, which are easily accessible by short train ride.

We had the double room with terrace and a balcony. There is only one such room in the hotel. The hotel has a very nice view and we could sit on our private balcony and enjoy it. I chose this hotel because it seemed more upscale than some of the other options and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was very good and served by the hard working manager. I had been worried about the parking and the manager had written me "I will be there to welcome you and show you the parking" and sure enough, he was outside the hotel waiting for me when I arrived. Nice bed, nice bathroom.

Wonderful terrace for breakfast and Nanni our landlord is a great person. We think about coming back....

The location was great for exploring the town. The views from the terrace were beautiful and breakfast was extensive and delicious! Staff were kind and helpful with recommendations.

The room had a slightly odd smell. Maybe just the cleaner that they use. Otherwise everything was great!

The view was spectacular of the lower town and countryside. The breakfast was great - lots of good food! Parking was easily accessible and free. Nanni is a good host also.

From the booking.com description, it appeared there was laundry service. There was not. Also, the description indicates that a spa facility is available for an extra charge. It was not ready for use at the time of our visit. It also was not clear to me initially that we were staying in a separate building from the main B&B. The main B&B is beautiful. The separate building is okay but not nearly as nice. Finally, the location is above the mid-point of the lower and upper towns and there is quite a hike to get to the center of town, which is where you want to be to see the sights and enjoy the ambiance of the town. I think we would have preferred being there rather than having to hike nearly a mile to get to a dinner place.
