Location was good, lots of dining options nearby. The supermarket is very close. Quiet area, the center is conveniently accessible by bus, you can also walk for 4km approximately. The owner was in touch, responded to messages quickly. The place has lots of space, 2 balconies, everything one can need in the kitchen. Wi-Fi worked, sometimes it dropped off, but comparing to others we met in Belgrade - it was quite good.

The shower was not the in it's best condition.

Luxuriously arranged apartment, clean and tidy. The owner welcomed us warmly and kindly answered all our questions. All recommendations

There are only two pluses: location (30 min to the centre by public transport) and low price.

I will not recommend this apartment. Firstly, it’s not clean enough: pieces of dog’s fur everywhere, dirty carpet in the wardrobe (meanwhile this is the only place for keeping clothes), the awful smell from the kitchen pipe. Secondly, the balcony was full of pigeons’ excrements and during the rain, all water flowed from the balcony roof (canopy) inside. Thirdly, there were not enough simple things for a living- towels (2 big and 2 small for 4 persons staying for 10 days), cutting board, toiletries etc. The building is not suitable for families with little kids- there is no elevator (4th floor) and the stairs are quite steep.

the duvets and pillows were not a decent quality. duvet didn’t fit the bed was too small and kept coming out of the cover. needs to be replaced. pillows are old and too soft.

The host is waiting to explain about the property and to show around and handed keys in hand. Provided clean kitchen and with basic utensils to cook. Public transport is nearby and grocery stores are at a walkable distance.

No Elevator, property on 2nd floor. with many luggage bags to carry with family is difficult. Sometimes Wifi signal is dropping, some lights are gone and the bedroom balcony door blinds are in repair

Sheets and towels were not smelling fresh. Shower had a clogged drain.

Everything perfect. The host was quite nice and very helpful. Got as a free parking place near by. Let us stay bit longer to watch Novak Djokovic win in Australian Open final. Luckily Novak finished really fast. Apartment clean and equipped. Good location for our needs. All recommendations.
