The location is great. The en-suite room was good for our one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and decent coffee.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were adequate and clean with fresh crisp bedding and towels. As fo the food it was amazing and very reasonably priced. Ordered our breakfast which was beautifuly cooked and plenty of. We had lunch on the first day and dinner on both days. Why go elsewhere when you have such good food on your door step. Thanks all at the Shears in for a great weekend

The location was nice and convenient. The bed was comfy.
No toilet roll. The shower was leaking. The shower door didn't was flimsy and didn't close properly. The toilet didn't flush properly.

Waited for over an hour for food which was raw when served Drunjen woman in pub with young children but not refused drinks as she was spending money

Breakfast not available. Staff very helpful and friendly. the play area came in particularly useful as i had my 4 year old son with me. made to feel really welcome. hotel was a lovely old farmhouse.was very secluded for such a central location.
Window wouldnt shut .properly had to stuff towel in gap to surpress outside noise but wasnt that much of a problem tbh due to quiet location. Breakfast not available.
