Very convenient location. Lovely finish to the apartment - nice touches with some festive decorations. Hamper of breakfast items was great. Josephine was friendly, responsive and accommodating.

There was a downpipe and what appeared to be fuse-boxes or something directly outside the bedroom window and throughout the night there was a frequent strange kind of mechanical noise (which might or might not have come from those things!) which disrupted our sleep both nights.

From the central location to the high quality linens to the complementary baked breakfast, it was like a relais and chateau 5 star service in an unassuming package.

we arrived later than we wanted to. property was beautiful, although we were only in the property when sleeping as were down for family funeral.

check out -I wish was a little later but can’t fault the property at all.

Location excellent liked the onsite parking and standard of appointment was really good with quality towels, bedding and utensils etc. Lovely quirky town with plenty to interest in the area in walking distance, particularly liked the makers market and the innovation cafe which generated its own electricity with water wheel etc plenty to see in the near distance. Breakfast pack was really good and kept us going for 4 days

Parking was bit tight but still very useful compared other accommodation in the area which meant you using municipal parking

Great location, easy access, very clean and really comfortable. I visited Hebden Bridge with my mum and auntie, everyone had a nice, relaxing time at Croft Mill. It was very quiet at night, even when Hebden was busy. The food left in the apartment was a nice touch too. Josephine popped by to see if we needed anything else, she was lovely. I will definitely be back.

The property has great traditional character but is also renovated to a very modern standard. The breakfast selection provided on arrival was excellent, with a range of local produce - it lasted us most of the 3 day visit. The location is perfect, very central in Hebden Bridge, with dedicated parking spaces on site. The host was very friendly and gave us good advice on walks and local sightseeing.

The main bedroom is a little small, but it was fine for us (we were staying in one of the ground floor flats).
