Oooh tél est bien situé sur la rue principale ! Plein de restaurant à côté et l’environnement de l’hôtel est magnifique .

Par contre accueil peu chaleureux la dame de l’accueil est froide , ne prends pas le temps d’expliquer les choses on dirait qu’elle était pressée , elle nous a dit vous avez les informations dans la chambre pour les activités elle avait pas envie de prendre le temps de nous expliquer ! On a l’impression de la déranger c’est vraiment dommage ça nous a de suite refroidie . Elle nous dit après avoir payé l’hôtel que la piscine ne fonctionne pas alors que l’on a pris cet hôtel pour la piscine et elle ne semble pas du tout gêné pour nous ! Elle nous explique qu’elle est pas sure qu’elle soit réparée . Pour le départ on lui demande le prix pour aller à la station elle nous dit qu’elle peut nous amener un taxi mais elle n’est pas sure du prix elle appelle et on lui demande de lui demander le prix avant qu’il se déplace et elle nous dit encore : je ne suis pas sure ! Elle a même pas pris la peine au téléphone de le lui demander alors que c’est pour cela que l’on s’est adressé à elle ! Elle comprends tout , ce n’est pas la barrière de la langue elle est n’est juste pas du tout agréable et s’en fou de tout !! Dommage elle est n’est pas à l’image de l’accueil et de la bienveillance des gens de ce pays !! La Clim fonctionnait très mal !

It was so nice. The owners are amazing. It is right in the centre close to bars and restaurants and walking distance to the park. The swimming pool is amazing. The deluxe room was fantastic with a big balcony and comfy deck chairs.

The location was very good , a 5 minute walk to the National Park. The view was great! Just make sure you book the second floor. The resort area & pool were very pleasant & the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful in heating up food for my kids. I would definitely come back!

The staff told us that tours would be more beneficial budget wise, but they actually weren’t. Of course taking a private boat for a family of 4 was much cheaper! So, more honesty would be appreciated!

Lovely view from the upstairs room. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfy bed and good air con. Comfy seats on the balcony. The shower was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but not exactly cheap. The pool looked lovely and well maintained but there were people in it constantly so we didn't use it and all the sunbeds were occupied all the time except at night. Good location close to restaurants, bars and walks. There are scooter rental places close by and loads of tour operators for trips and travel connections. All in all a good place to stay in the area.

Despite having booked an upstairs room they tried to put us in one downstairs which looked quite dark and oppressive with no view. When I mentioned I'd booked upstairs there was no problem with sorting it out.

Excellent location in the Khao Sok village close to plenty of bars and restaurants, and all tours for trips to the national park which you can book via the hotel. Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and access to next doors pool which was very peaceful. The room was very spacious and had all basic facilities like air con, hot shower, fridge, comfy bed, water, toiletries. It was very clean and secure from any insects considering jungle location.

The room is a little basic and outdated and could do with modernising.
