Very nice and clean place. Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially the receptionist who sorted out our day trip fot following day. We could leave out luggages after check out for 24 hours and use the swimming pool too. Highly recommended

It's a nice hotel, the atmosphere is greater, the garden is amazing, the pool has a great view, and it's a great way to cool down. The rooms are basic, but it's ok considering the reasonable price. I would definitely come back.

The rooms require a bit of a walk to get to them, especially if you are at the end of the convoy. The stuff is not very nice, most of them don't speak English, and the one that does - she has no energy for guests, and you can feel it. Breakfast is very simple - don't count on it

The room we were given was very comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities within the room. The pool and grounds were lovely and well kept, and the staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly.

great location, loved the pool- great after a sweaty day! rooms are really good size and nice! they helped us book the floating bungalows for the next day, and onwards travel, everything so beautiful super smoothe

The quiet, central and green location

Great room, with beautiful plants in the garden and around the swimming pool. The inclusive breakfast is also nice with 3 options and there is a great restaurant connected to the accomodation. The staff is very helpful with booking transport or tours.

the hotel itself was really nice and have everything you need. pool is very nice and chill vibe for relax. the hostel have a lots of tour options available for you and the staff she is very helpful and give you a very good advice for the tour and go around. I went for a tour 2 days 1 night and it very nice! a little tired cuz have to wake up very early but I did saw some elephants , monkeys, gibbon and Hornbill while we go for safari with the tour and hiking. recommend to try it 👍

- very unfriendly reception, didn't feel welcome at all, staff just looks at their cell phones all the time and seems arrogant, - no room service despite request - very loud, poorly soundproofed bungalows, - no advice on tours, I wanted to do a trekking tour and a night hike was everything Strangely not possible although it is offered in the tour program

Good Swimming Pool Good location to National park entry, restaurants and shops. Kind and helpful staff with arranging excursions and transportation Clean room and well looked after complex overall - it is clear they take good care of their infrastructure.

staff were super friendly and helpful! the bungalows were cute, right off the Main Street, but had a nice jungle-feel to them with tropical plants all around. the pool was nice. pleasant breakfast included just across the road. beds were comfy and aircon worked well. they let us store our luggage overnight while we did the lake tour

I didn’t like that the bathroom has a panel that is a window frame with just mosquito netting. I get easily scared in hotels and like to feel a little more secure. wifi is patchy in the rooms.

Super friendly staf, helped us out with booking a tour and the transport to the next stop. The rooms are nice and clean.

Not that we missed it, but the wifi didn't work in the rooms. But to be honest, we didn't report that either, so it might be fixed easily

We loved our stay here, the staff were amazing, we loved our cabin and enjoyed relaxing in the pool after spending time in the national park. We were able to book all of our tours at reception really easily. I definitely recommend staying here, thanks for a great stay x
