Awesome and unique location, the property is stunning and cool in the jungle. The restaurant area is gorgeous and hangs over the river with the limestone cliff rising above. Monkeys gather here which are fun to watch. You have to watch out they don’t jump in your windows though! The main village is a short walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. This is also the location to be in for all the different tours you do, including rafting down the river, tubing and Khao Sok lake tours. FYI - take earplugs for the lake as the boats are super loud.
The room was very basic. Only had two prong power points which meant we had to buy another adapter. The bedroom has fans which was fine for us travelling in late August. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable and very little bench space to put anything.

Idyllisch uitzicht, prachtige accomodatie
Te weinig stoelen op het terras voor 4-persoons huisje.

De locatie is ontzettend mooi, en zo langs de rivier, prachtig!
Jammer dat ze geen zwembad hebben.

It’s a decent place, located in pretty grounds and right on the river with a spot for a refreshing dip in the sea. Tours were easy to organise through the hotel. Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant area is very pleasant. You can also hire a bike for 350 baht a day - a bit steeper than the avegrage but convenient.
The room needed an update. There was no aircon which we knew ahead of time but for the price, you could expect one. The place felt a bit unkept, which again, for the price, you’d expect better. Some rotting wood a broken tile or two, door latches that were a bit past it. A few little gestures e.g. more convenient plug sockets and a fridge would have gone a long way.

Good rooms
Nice location in the woods

I would recommend to try their pad thai, one of the best I had in Thailand

Really cute treehouse directly at the river
Really jungle feeling
Nice Restaurant with fair prices and a nice view to the river
The day of our departure it seemed that they couldn't wait for us to leave. We asked them for a shuttle to the bus stop and then the car was there a bit earlier and they stressed us that we have to get directly in the car, because they need the car later for something else. It was a weird feeling.

nice location next to the river.. lots of monkeys!
restaurant was good.
the house we stayed in was fine, but felt unloved.
it looks like a lot of effort was put in to putting this place together many years ago, but now seems a bit tired and could do with a bit of a revamp.Especially the bathroom.
maybe a victim of lack of business during covid?

- Incredible food!! We had some of the best Thai food we've had at their restaurant. And the service from the staff was exceptional
- We had a beautiful bungalow that had so much jungle character with vines all up the staircase
- Great location on the river that's only a 5 minute walk from the main part of the village
- Bed was very comfortable for staying in a wooden bungalow
- The shower wasn't the best but that's okay we made do
- The monkeys are very cheeky. Make sure to keep the shutters closed or be on high alert when they're open

Generally friendly staff. Except for the first guy, that were arrogant when we remarked that they did not respond to messages or emails...
Ant nest in bathroom, lots of ants. Spiderweb and dust everywhere - obviously not cleaned before our arrival.
Loud hippie-camp just across the river, started playing music 06:30 til late most days. The jungle houses are lined up with just a few meters between, and no soundproofing, so all sounds from other guests disturb you, and vice versa. Not dreamy and secluded like the pictures might show. Study google maps and you will see what we mean. Very hard bed.

The location - in the middle of the jungle landscape and riverside, beautiful!
The breakfast and patio were lovely
The staff were helpful to arrange transfers to my next destination
The location - too far from the main road, restaurants ect.
Way too many children in the breakfast area and parents allowing them to be noisy and out of control (that's just my bad luck)
The room was very disappointing - no A/C, no where to put luggage, very poor lighting, cold water in the shower, just uncomfortable overall

I just stayed one night but the resort is located in a very peaceful and nature environment. It was beautiful to listen to the sounds of the nature and to have some quiet hours.
The breakfast was not really healthy.

The jungle feeling, the comfy bed and mosquitoes net. There a lot of options for activities around the place. The staff is super nice. It's a great place if you like the nature rustic vibe.
We booked a night safari which was great and we saw a lot of animals, but the driver was drunk on the way back.

The location was perfect, pretty remote, felt like the middle of the jungle, with junglesounds at night and waking up with monkeys running around at early morning.
The beds were really hard, you felt the spirals coming through. We booked a tour with Arts at the lake which should be from 9 am to 3 pm the next day. Unfortunately we had to wait for about an hour at the pier, and we were back at 11.00 at the pier again. We barely had free time to swim and so the tour is more like 24 hours - not at has been promised - so check before!

Perfect location in the jungle. Given the other comments I could read maybe a disclaimer: this hotel is in the jungle ! This comes with all the positive : visiting monkeys that come around, incredibly beautiful and natural environment, proximity with the nature, river sound and jungle noise. If you want a perfectly sanitized room then go somewhere else Here you have an authentic stay and must not be afraid of a room without windows, without noise or temperature isolation, without air conditioning. We could see the ground 3 meters below the wooden floor. If you like this style like us then the rooms are charming and actually very comfy, with mosquito nets protecting the beds. Without windows, insects will indeed come, but reasonably. The staff was very arranging as we booked a lot of things last minute. They also helped with creating a very nice program for our stay there. Highlights: the overnight your at the lake and the cooking class. It's actually much more than cooking. The farm is beautiful and located within the mountains not far from the hotel. The lady is very kind, the meals delicious... You will go find your herbs and vegetables in the garden, learn how to do your own coconut milk in a traditional way, and be delighted by the 4 meals you're going to prepare and enjoy in bambus plates.
The first night there was noise from a camping nearby which is apparently only occupied from Friday to Sunday. If you're sensitive to noise and plan to spend a night on these days you may consider asking them for a room further from the camping place.

The location is pretty. At first we where happy with our choice to stay here.
The staff was very rude especially after we had some questions about the tours but decided to do the tour with someone else (as it was half the price). After that we could not expect any kindness anymore even though we kept smiling and being nice. Even when we asked to be pendeled after our stay(which was stated on booking to be for free) they told us we could walk back to the town since it was “not a long walk” ( it is a 10 minute walk over gravel and bumpy sand roads with suitcases). (they did bring us after some convincing). The lodge was not so clean, it didn’t get cleaned during our stay, the toilet stank, the shower was not so great when showering the entire bathroom flooded since there was not a drain near the shower but at the end of the bathroom. There were insects everywhere (for example coming out of the toilet). The lodge got very hot and clammy, there is a fan but that is not enough since you need to keep the windows closed for the monkeys. The mosquito net did not really work great since there where holes in it.

great location, lots of wildlife and tubing down the river was fantastic!
quite basic, a fridge/kettle in rooms would be nice as well as somewhere to dry wet clothes outside.

Nothing

The location of this lodge is amazing as next to the river surrounded with trees and plants that put you in the jungle environment.
The beds were not comfortable, the doors locking is poor, as I booked one room for all the family with four beds, there was no enough space to put the bags and the one table was not big enough to keep our belongings on.

Food was outstanding and ambience was the best , perfect for nature lovers and must visit hotel!
All was good
