Buen personal y económico
Super pequeño, podía usar el baño y te podían pasar algo desde la cama sin tener que pararte del inodoro (no estoy exagerando)
La ubicación de noche no era la mejor.

I stayed for almost a month. The location was prefect for checking out the Chapierno. There is a local and more fancy grocery a few blocks away. Too many restaurants to mention including a Paisan (Colombian) one that has been there since early 1900s. Easy to get an Uber/cab. Blocks from the main bus lines. And the Staff were AMAZING. There was someone at the door 24/7. Come back from Theatron at 3am....they were there. Leave early for a tour/flight....They were there.
I liked it but the beds are FIRM. Like Japanese firm. Some people might night dig it. Otherwise I can't say much more.

Area is nice, preaty quit, safe
It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever been. Actually it's a hotel for one night stay (if you understand what I mean). Water is cold. Linen was dirty, hairs and stains. No ventilation, the room smells terrible. No room cleaning (I stayed for 3 days, no one time anyone came to clean). Light was broken. Personal doesn't speak English at all.

Great friendly service.
Bathrooms are not well distributed. Facilities in general are not comfortable.

The staff here were some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They were flexible with me, always checking in on if I needed my room serviced. They let me store my luggage until my flight as well.
The wifi was pretty bad. I eventually disconnected from it and just used my international data plan to research things to do and tour. The hot water seemed a bit sparse. I think it was an on-demand system. The windows and building were a bit old and definitely didn't block out the noisy street throughout the night.

The Location was good, the price fair and the room very quiet
The hotel offers also “rooms by hours” which was little bit weird. The terrace was not usable and the sauna never worked

Great location and the staff was amazing
It’s more like a hostel, but private facilities. Also, no heat in the rooms.

Very well located, safe area to go to Carulla at night
Floors had hairs from previous guests, so overall it felt a bit unclean. The bed was fine, just overall a bit unsettling knowing that it wasn’t super clean

Location: close to lively Chapinero, the busiest neighborhood in Bogota.
The hotel is old and ugly, room was too cold with no heating whatsoever. There's simply nothing gay at this place, just the desire to catch the pink money.

The hotel was small but clean and secure. Even though most places in Bogota do not have heating, and San Sebastian made sure that I had enough blankets to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. San Sebastian was in a good location and a good value.

Convenient central
The room was very cold.

Good price and location. I think me and the receptionist hit it off or she hated me ? Either way, she made an effort without English.
Bed was great.
The bathroom was meh. If you try hard enough you will get some hot water.

the location
I don’t speak Spanish unfortunately so it was impossible for me to communicate with the staff, my check-in took me a long time. if you speak Spanish, it wouldn’t be a problem at all. there was some work done in the hotel’s terrasse where my floor was so it was very noisy, the lower floor was empty and I don’t understand why I didn’t get room there instead. to get out or in the hotel, someone from the staff needs to unlock the outside door from the reception. as they were often in different floors, I was feeling bad to always make them come to the reception just to unlock the outside door for me. I guess I was expecting more after reading all the positive comments before booking so I was a little bit disappointed. other than that, the location is very good and the price 👌🏽

Great hotel in an amazing location. Every kind of store you could need is within a 5 minute walk and most of the major shopping malls are a short cab ride away.
This hotel is right in the middle of the gay area of Bogota so you can get to most of the bars and the clubs (including Theatron) by walking less than 10 minutes.
My room was huge, with a couch so there was plenty of space to spread out.

Not much
Room was very cold. No space heater provided. Sauna/spa as advertised was not working. Spiral staircase up to room very hard to navigate. We left after one night. Owner said that if we had paid cash he could refund two unused nights. If he wanted, he could have easily refunded back to my credit card. So he lied. Not a nice person.

The hotels name has changed. The owner has also changed. The address is the same. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe entering the hotel. The hotel did have my Booking.com reservation. Why does Booking.com still advertise this hotel under a false name and reviews that are no longer relevant.

FRONT DESK STEALS FROM YOUR ROOM. We booked this hotel for the night as our flight was the next day and we are a gay couple after a week traveling through colombia. We arrived at 4pm and front desk was nice and we paid for the room.
I always have emergency cash money in dollars. Safe was locked so i put the 300$ in my clothes inside my suitcase. At 6 pm we left for dinner and drinks. When we arrived back at 10pm the dollars were missing.
At 7.30am the next morning i went right away to the front desk. The girl was there who checked me in. She said she would look at the cameras as they cannot read the locks in the room. They are digital and she programs them. 5 minutes later i returned and see here going through the video skipping 5 to 10 minutes. I told her she can not check the camera this way. I told her to start over and play fastforward. At 7.30pm she skipped right away to 8.15pm. Thinking i did not see that. I let her finish and then she said you see nothing is visible. I told her i want to see again between 7.30 and 8.15pm. She let me see it and then we noticed 10 minutes missing on the video. I wanted to speak to the owner and she did not provide me the info.
I send an email to owner he brushed the issue away with a power outage which is why the video is missing and staff working there for years. So understand that the staff knows with a power outage they can go into the room without this being logged. She knew there would be an issue between 7.3pm and 8.15. Why skipp?
I work in the hotel industry. All my red flegs were going off. The front desk works together as they saw the dollars when i was trying to get pessos to pay the room. They control who comes in the hotel and have control over the system. We have been going to colombia for a fews years and stay in different cities. This was the only time i feld unsafe in my room. Never has anything been taken and nobody had to enter in our room that night. Very disappointing, just want to warn people booking th
Front desk staff stole 300$

The staff seems friendly but when my safety box was robbed, they did not care at all.
The safety box in the room was robbed and my money was stolen from it. It must have happened when I was out of the hotel. The employees have access to the keys which open the safety boxes without the keypad code and this system is very fishy. The manager said that it had never happened before and closed the case, she didn't even questioned her staff. They acted like nothing happened. Security camera doesn't overlook the box with keys to the safety boxes so staff can grab it and go to your room. Security camera footage of the room door cannot be easily accessed, the administrator must be called. The manager doesn't speak English. This hotel has serious security issues so beware of the place.

Location is good in a safe area, walk to all bars & clubs, cafes & restaurants. Staff are so nice & helpful. It is very good value for money. Don’t expect 5 star service as it’s a boutique hotel. Nice rooftop bar.
The room key doesn’t open the main front door so you always have to press property buzzer. Our safe & toilet was not working, but lovely Erwin fixed both of these quickly.

The staff!!! I speak not a word of spanish and most of them limited English. They were patient and helpful but mostly they were happy everytime I encounter them
My first experience with an electric shower head as a point of service hot water was unsettling, but I found it is a rule in Columbia. Just never thought of water and electricity that close.

This hote is in a great location, and incredible value for money. The staff were wonderful and even looked after my suitcase for 2 weeks while i was traveling.
