The room was big and nice; breakfast is fine but not so much for Western taste. The design was modern and pleasing to your eyes.

The underground parking entrance system is not easy to understand; To have a Swimming pool in the desert is great, but the water was not so clear (probably too salty which has also ruined our swimsuits)

The hotel overall was very dirty. People / guests were smoking in all areas. In the Spa people did smoke at the pool side. In the jacuzzi in the spa area was a dead cockroach.

The breakfast / dinner is Asian style ... ok, at least a very good coffee is available ... the Asian food is very good. The hotel is located directly downtown. It has a good gym and pool (you can even sim ... I would guess 15m).

The hotel is part of the Hilton chain. That means I expect a service, which is at least Hilton style. I found rest of cigarettes in an ashtray just beside the bed at arrival, whilst the room was indicated as non-smoking. It was very hard to find somebody at the reception speaking a reasonable English ... mainly only smartphine translation was an option. The service during breakfast and dinner was very limited. You have to go to the personel an ask for something rather that somebody serves you. It felt for me that I was rather disturbing. The gym personell was rather hiding ... I was asking for a towel ... it did not come ... The most disappointing (maybe for others not) thing was, when I ordered a massage after gym. The lady (therapist) came and asked me immediately whether she can provide me a "special" massage for a roughly 3x the price. Is it a bordell or a Hilton? At all is it rather disappointing even the price is unbeatable for Western experience ...
