Location, sauna, next door is a great restaurant with delicious pizzas! Room very big and comfortable.

30 minutes for checkin! booking.com reservation was very difficult to find for the receptionist... 10 min.after we entered into our room another guest suddenly also just entered into our room... Never happened before, incredible!

The bed and pillows are greatest I ever slept. Miss Wang provided great service during my tea time at 16th floor.

I was surprised that the staff of Sebel gave me a wrong direction of my tea time. Manager Yan promised me to provide information of pillows, sadly he didn’t keep his promise.

Beautiful hotel apartment, new and has everything you expect in a 5-star accommodation. Good location in the new part of Xining close to the best food street.

WiFi was poor. For a 5-star hotel you'd think they can at least have decent WiFi... Starbucks can do it so why can't the Sofitel?

Comfortable, we got an upgrade

The room is like a service appartment, pretty big and confortable. The staff was always very friendly, specially one small lady in breakfast that was extra kind. The common area belongs to the Sofitel hotel, and they are great. Huge breakfast and very nice swimmingpool and gym.

Smoking is allowed in common areas like the Bar. It is not hotel's fault, it's just allowed in all Qinghai Province.

Comfortable beds, and great staff. The staff went out of their way to make sure there was someone who could communicate with us in English. I would highly recommend this hotel.
