Great location. Very clean room

Bed was extremely hard. That combined with very uncomfortable wooden chairs caused us backpains.. So beautiful place and balcon but extremely u uncomfortable bed

Very nice guest house with large clean rooms with a terrace overlooking the Mekong. Basile, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. the location is great: close to the pier, restaurant & bars while being a bit apart from the noise and people

the matelas is a bit hard. But you get used -:)). otherwise everything was great.

Check in was easy. Owner was available, friendly, and very helpful. Room was large, clean and in very good condition. Nice balcony overlooking river across street. They have a small restaurant terrace on the river with simple breakfast men.

Only thing missing was a hammock on the balcony.

This place definitely hasn't been designed with comfort in mind. The bed is rock hard, even by this part of Asia's standards, and the balcony furniture was two very rigid, upright wooden chairs. It would have been lovely to have somewhere comfortable to lounge and enjoy the river view. Plastic water bottles only, no option to refill your own (can do this cheaply in local restaurants)
