Quiet place and friendly staff.

Super lovely and helpful staff. Good value for the money. Pools and garden is beautiful and rooms clean, spacious and beds were good to sleep. Every day cleaning so room is tidy all your stay there.
Main road was just around the corner and to beach 5min walk. Everything was close so no need of car or taxi. Absolutely will go back again♥️

Very nice and accomodating staff. The place is quiet and also close to the main road with restaurants. Nice garden with sheltered balconies. It felt homely. The flat had all the necessary basic facilities. Would come gladly again.

We got a bigger apartment than we expected which was a nice surprise! The outside areas were lovely: great pool area and also garden with sunbeds. Everything was clean and comfortable. All in all, great value for money.

Lovely apartment hotel in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. Two nice swiming pools and nicely kept garden. Friendly and helpfull staff.
The internet capacity was not enough for a full house, ie sometimes very slow. Some more sunbeds next to the pools would be great.

Great location close to the main street, clean swimming pools, silent, child-friendly and lovely personel. Would definitely choose this again.

We were met by Spiros and shown to our suite, there was a small welcome pack waiting for us, a very nice and unexpected treat.
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were frequently asked if there was anything more that we needed.
The room was very clean and tidy with fresh linen and towels changed every couple of days, it wasn't necessary but a very nice touch.
Elena couldn't have been more helpful, she had arranged our Taxi transfers both ways to the airport. Our original flight was cancelled and moved back one day with no explanation, (Poor show Ryanair) but Elena altered our date, no question.
The perfect host... Elena, We'll be coming back again.
Casa Maria is perfectly located, a short 4min walk from Platanias town, which suited us well, there are plenty of Supermarkets and Tavernas to choose from and the bus stop for Chania is the same 4min walk, well worth a visit.
In all, a great choice.

We loved staying at Casa Maria hotel. We have lived here before, and it’s so nice. The manager Elena is so kind and helpfull. The hotel is really lovely and beautiful. The pools are perfect and the location is the best. We will come back for sure. We had the best time.

Fantastic accommodation, very clean, staff exceptionally helpful. Nice and quiet (odd cockerel), but main village within 2 mins walk. 2nd stay, will definitely book again. Little touches in rooms make you very welcome.
Land next door being added for sunbathing space.
