Asquerosísimo. Las fotos no son para nada lo que luego te encuentras. Te hacen el check-in en el supermercado de muy malas formas. Luego el edificio está ruinoso y las habitaciones y el baño dan asco, a los colchones no les cabía una mancha más, había colillas y pelos... No vale la pena por muy barato que sea.

Estaba la habitación sucia, había cucas, estaba muy viejo y las zonas comunes estaban muy asquerosas

Receptionist was not nice and helpful at all. Dirty rooms beds, no toilet papers, toilet seats, or any hand wash sanitizer. Should shut down as never been cleaned. I do Norma recommend it at all. Should be inspected soon as soon someone will catch something from there.

hygiene in a critical suitation ongoing, management didn’t want to know any matters for repairs or otherwise,..no security and many reports of thefts and drunken behaviour witnessed,..also it was observed of the usage of social drugs and the condition of the external cooking facilities are a must for the Health and Safety personal of Los Cristianos to be investigated ,. the rooms were just unfit for any human stay and the linen and mattresses were just filthy,.. overall this Histel or Pension as it’s known in Spanish should be closed by the relevant authorities

No reception Person in supermart was very unfriendly, and quickly became aggressive, only when you asked something Boss was even more unfriendly and also became loud in tone Did not get the room, I ordered and paid for. The room was stinking The room did not have a window to the outside The bathroom was shared with other and dirty (I reserved with an own bathroom) I asked for a change, the answer from the boss was, I can cancel the room. Later I asked for a cancelation after I realized how bad it is, and the answer was: too late. And he hung up the phone. I have never experienced anything so rude in terms of accommodation. Extremely lousy.

it’s located right on the beach promenade

it is one of the dirtiest places I’ve been to. the Equipment is so poor and it’s just all dirty. people were strange too. it’s the cheapest option in los Christianos- at least from what I found but I think it’s still too expensive for what you get.

I don't know, I decided to rebook since there is no clear entrance or signage in regards to where the hostel is actually located. Instead I got picked up by a shop owner? Who took me to some club-like passage and told me to wait. A man at the bar held up his phone camera towards me when we entered?? that's when I bailed.. logically. no Idea why this is on booking..

No staff working to help People smoking illgiela drugs and leaving bottle of alcohol and beer in toilets pissing on the floor it was worse than staying in a prison and the women over charged me i want my money back

The check-in procedure was a joke and the common areas look like a Nigerian prison
