Lovely place, staff were so friendly and great breakfast. They gave recommendations for local restaurants and things to do which was helpful.

Not much, it's a little far from the centre of town but a nice walk along the seafront and felt pretty safe.

Nadia and Thierry have put a lot of love and thought into the experience they want their guests to have. The location is perfect (out of the bustling Medina but close enough to get there and back easily) and they put together a really helpful guide to get you started in beautiful Essaouira. They’ve thought of all the little details, from the cutlery to the way the riad smells as you walk in and the lovely furniture. The way our room was constructed is intuitive, creating a flowing and warm space. Their welcome is extremely warm as they take a genuine interest in their guests. The breakfast served in the morning was just right and beautifully presented in the relaxed dining area. We were offered some extra of everything and checked on regularly. A couple with great taste and natural hosts. A great reason amongst many to come back to Essaouira!

Lovely location in a residential area. Just a 20 minute walk to the medina along the coastal road with some beach bars to pop into along the way. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything! Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, a very nice breakfast, very clean and they do it every day even in your bedroom, and the most important thing, the host. Nadia and Thierry where amazing with us. They called us by our first name and give us very nice tips for eating, visiting and best place to buy rugs. Overall it’s everything what a host should be. I will come back for sure!!!

The riad is so beautiful and really calm. The two owners, a french couple, were lovely and explained us everything we needed to know for our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning an excellent breakfast was served. We really loved our stay and would have liked to stay longer!

The location is a bit far from the center (15-20 min walk). Also, there is a mosque right in front of the hotel so you need to be prepared for quite loud prayers.

It is an amazing Riad, such a beautiful and traditional place with love for details. The room is great equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace is a highlight. The host and her crew are very helpful and you ll get all the information/tips what you need. I loved the experience to stay at Riad Salmiya Dune. It is just a short, nice walk (beach promenade) to the medina.

Breakfast was excellent! Nadia checked on us throughout the meal and provided fresh hot coffee as needed. The addition of a fresh fruit salad to the traditional breakfast was a plus! The Riad is beautifully decorated and very comfy! What stands out the most is the friendliness of the hosts!! Also we got to park right at the door!!!

Room is a little on the smaller size.

We loved all the details of the riad and its atmosphere. One can see Nadia and Terry are putting all the love and care into it. We really enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed, thats why from initial one night we prolonged our stay. Nadia was always happy to help and give us good tips and recommendations. Last but not least, the breakfast was incredible!! Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back again:-)

Lovely and quiet Riad with excellent hosts. The building and the overall atmosphere are wonderful.

We needed to interpret the map a few times in order to find the door (Google Maps isn’t quite accurate enough to do so) but this really wasn’t a problem!

Fantastic welcome - Nadia was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic too. Location was great for exploring the lovely Medina and immediate coastline by foot. Essaouira is our favourite place in Morocco.

Most things were great, very small point is that the curtains were difficult to pull shut and open.

A very clean and very spacious room! Good shower, comfortable bed, unexpected room service (change of towels, making of the bed), and an exceptional breakfast!

The location is a bit far from the medina, but by taxi it isn't expensive to get there. We didn't feel like we had the privacy we want and expect in our room because of the weird curtains and the windows to the hall/centre of the riad which you couldn't close in a proper way. Other guests could just look in our room without any problem, which made us feel uncomfortable.
