It was quite spacious and modern

if you love the hustle and bustle of the plettenberg life, this penthouse is for you. quiet on weekends, but during working days the Shoprite traffic downstairs can be a tad noisy. considering that it’s self catering being close to the shops is good.the views are awesome.
well stocked from what you will need in a kitchen.
the blocked basins, I wish we were forewarned.
also what you are expected to buy ie trash bags, dish wash machine pods etc.
no one walked us through the apartment but it was easy to figure out, but it meant I had to do drips and drabs of grocery shopping.

No daily cleaning service for price, advertised as 8 sleeper but more like 6 sleeper, minor maintenance required, water pressure low, aircon needs refurbishing, would be excellent if generator / inverter / solar were in place.

Breakfast not included. The penthouse has a beautiful view and is centrally located. During loadshedding the generators of the retailer downstairs was quite a lot of noise (loadshedding 02h00 to 04h00).

The place was spacious with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Bath soap/gels and shampoo and conditioner, body lotion will be a great addition to the apartment. The place need a few touch ups and maintenance. Definitely the owner should invest in an inverter. Loadsheding will be with us for a long time.

The place is very spacious with great views. Looks better than the pictures in real life.
Check in was delayed. we sent and confirmed our arrival time but the host advised that she did not have my contact and we had to wait by the service station after a six hour drive. The pipes in the house seem to have a problem as well as there was a bad odour in the main bedroom shower area mixed with very strong detergent.

Close to the beach and all amenities. It has all the items a family needs with a good hotel holiday feel. We enjoyed our stay here, peaceful and clean. Host waited for our late arrival to give us the keys and was very hospitable.
Blind dropped on the first day we were there, luckily no one was hurt.

blind fell on my wife’s toe. we informed the agent and she said “this happens all the time” (I did advise she get that fixed to avoid future injuries).
The checkout is too early. Most places allow one to move out at 10h00. Check out here is before 09h00. We asked for a later checkout but apparently 09h00 was the latest. 08h45 a supervisor opened our door (no knocking) and let a cleaner in. I intercepted them at the door but it was a seriously uncool move.

Great view. Nice central, secure location with easy access to local restaurants and retail outlets. Good facilities within apartment.
Perhaps a little dated. 1 of the 2 tv's worked but was quite old with not great resolution.
