…es war zu kurz

Top Lage und sehr netter Service. Großartiges Essen, insbesondere das Fingerfood und Sushi. Die Weinauswahl ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Zimmer war modern und schön.

Service leider bis zum vorletzten Tag recht langsam, danach flotter. Leider war direkt neben den Liegen unseres Zimmers der Vorratsraum der Hausmeister. Beim Relaxen hat das nicht geholfen. Von unserem Zimmer aus haben wir das Meer kaum gesehen.

Super Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausser am Empfang. Eine Reservierung im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Wir haben ein Deluxezimmer gebucht und eine dunkle feuchte Abstellkammer bekommen. Von den „Cliffside“ Zimmern hatten wir das Erste im Hinterhof. Also direkt an der Rezeption. Alles sehr hellhörig, wenig Tageslicht, alle Gäste gehen an diesem Minizimmer vorbei. Zusätzlich waren die kompletten Elektrokästen vom Hotel in unserem Zimmer, daher permanenter Geräuschpegel und Elektrosmog. Im Bad konnte wir uns kaum drehen. Und wenn der Stromaggregat sich einschaltet, fliegt man fast aus dem Bett, da dieser in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Als wir die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde nur gesagt, dass das halt so ist. Es war auf unseren Reise das mit Abstand kleinste und teuerste Zimmer, was wir je gebucht haben. 200€ rechtfertigen auf keinen Fall diese Zimmerkategorie.

Rooms are rather small. We were in The Spot. My daughters were downstairs in the cubicles and there was no ventilation. Opening windows brought in bugs. Fans should be placed downstairs as well or air con units. There was no hot water in the afternoons and everyday we had to let reception know to put on geyser. Reception were not even apologetic. Also lights kept tripping and when we tried to go the reception one evening to inquire about it, the reaction was closed so we had to wait until morning to report fault. Again no apologies. Although we booked for next year we are considering cancelling as I would be happy to pay the very steep prices if everything worked perfectly & better ventilation was installed and if the reception staff tried to be more friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer war Substandard! Das Bad ist feucht und schimmelt. Vor dem Zimmer läuft am Abend der Stromgenerator, worüber man von der Unterkunft nicht informiert wird. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass man unter dem Lärm nicht schlafen könne wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckt und gemeint dass es keine Rückerstattung gäbe. Beim Restaurant wartet man gut und gerne mal eine halbe Stunde auf seinen Kaffee!

Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Z.B. Champagner als Begrüßung, abends immer ein süßer Nachtisch aufs Zimmer gebracht, Sonnenschirme/ Handtücher stehen für den Strand bereits. Die Lage ist wirklich nur durch einen Parkplatz vom Sandstrand getrennt, man hat beim Frühstück wundervollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Allerdings war es für uns als Badeurlaub viel zu windig und wir haben außer einem Strandspaziergang dadurch keine Zeit am Strand verbracht.

Den Pool hatten wir uns viel größer und einladender vorgestellt. Er ist eigentlich nur mitten im Restaurant und so hat ihn auch niemand genutzt.

Sehr hübsche Zimmer, klein aber ohooo! Alles sauber und mit voll ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank wurde für uns mit Getränken gefüllt und wir erhielten eine Flasche Sekt als Welcomegeschenk. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Koffer wurden ins Zimmer gebracht. Ein Tisch fürs Abendessen war für uns reserviert und wir hatten ein tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse!

Es war alles bestens in Ordnung.

Der Service, das Essen und die Strandnähe waren gut. Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenn auch kaum Bewegungsfreiheit.

Das Doppelzimmer Cliffside war zu klein für 2 Personen und hatte keinen Ausblick - nur auf Mauern. Dementsprechend war die Luftqualität im Zimmer nicht gut - man fühlte sich wie eingesperrt. Auch das Badezimmer war minimal. Im Verhältnis für 200€/ Nacht schlechtes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Pool ist ca 3x3 Meter und nicht mal 1 Meter tief - befindet sich im Restaurant. Daher nicht als Pool nutzbar.

Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en attent. Voor onze huwelijksreis hadden ze nog een kleine attentie neergezet. De kamer was erg mooi, schoon en groot. Daarnaast is het ook gelegen op een toplocatie, een ideale uitvalsbasis.

Hotel is directly at the beach, nice decorated and comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was helping us with every request.

This place was great, The staff were all so nice. The room was cleaned everyday. Never had room service and general staff service quite like this place before, very well looked after during our stay. 100% would come back. Great having the beach right on your doorstep as well.

Great hidden location including a nice restaurant for both breakfast, diner and entertainment. The spot (appartement with beach view) is really to recommend since it provides a lot of privacy and luxury and can accommodate 6 persons.

Keep your valuables with you or in the safe. Not all rooms provide the same privacy and nice views.

Pretty much everything was great, from the greeting, to the rooms, food, locale, beach proximity.... it was all just painless and easy. Very laid back, just what we wanted.

The location excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room lovely, the bar and restaurant excellent, good food ,great views. (Can't get closer to ocean than this ,complimentary drinks in room on arrival, offered my daughter a slice of pizza while we were waiting for our meal,hot water bottles put under the covers to keep the beds warm,heaters, very clean and comfortable beds)was really wowed by all the small touches to keep you comfortable .would definitely recommend

Our stay at the Bungalow was the most amazing stay we have ever received in any accommodation be it hotel or b&b or resort in south africa The staff and owner were utmost pleasant and gave us 100% 5 star service.. On arrival, we got a free upgrade to another even more awesome unit, which had top notch furniture and decor, a fully stocked kitchen with smeg appliances, nespresso machine and complementary drinks in our fridge.. It was my husband's birthday and when I asked for a candle, they surprised us with a platter of cakes and treats and a bottle of red wine, his favorite!! What more could we ask for! .. Jus when our hearts were full, they brought us hot water bags at night to curb the killing winter!! That was the cherry on top... Every night we got spoilt with special treats and hot water bags, and the staff were so amazing.. The owner/manager/hostess, June was an absolute gem, always trying to keep us comfortable. I give them 5 stars and definitely recommend them 100%.
